Rude, immature staff.
Barista Alexandra was taking my order with an attitude, I also heard her giving a nasty attitude to her coworkers and bossing them around. felt bad for the other baristas. She has also messed up my drink on several occasions. Another barista tried to help her with making my drink because she seemed confused but got a nasty attitude with the barista trying to help her. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and have never had a problem with the other baristas. i’m sensing a bully. Not to mention she was watching movies on her phone while taking my order.

Barista Angel , talking about spitting in peoples drinks when they ask for water because she “is not an ice water machine”. Micheal providing bad service and complaining and using inappropriate language towards having to serve customers.

Stood there for 5 mins, two girls just been cleaning and won’t come take my order. It’s still 30 mins to closing.

The drinks are good at this location, but there is one specific barista who has the biggest attitude whenever she takes my order. It’s not everyone on the team only one specific girl who always seems to have an issue with taking my order, but no one else’s. I’ve observed how she interacts with several people in front of me and behind me, and it’s happened on several occasions now. I don’t want to make any accusations, but I do feel a bit targeted and unwelcome. Will not be returning when I see her working at the register.

Today sep 10 time between 10 to 11am. I stopped by to get my morning coffee anf the lady he served me dhr was African American and big size she is soooo rude didn't treat me well.. If u read ly msg i spent my money u didn't give me that coffee free so be kind or go back home and give that position to someone kind. I dont want to start my moorning seen someone like u.

I know that this Starbucks just got updated and renovated but the service sucked. The staff had no idea how to calibrate their mastrena, the weren’t helpful when it came to understanding my order or even recommending alternatives, they sold me items that they did not have and the store wasn’t ready to serve customers. I worked at a Starbucks for many years so this was rather disappointing. I ended up getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. I hope they get it together
I know it was busy, but they were so rude, and Oo, they gave me a granda when I ordered and paid for a venti … I guess light ice means the cup isn’t full?

15 minutes is fighting for nothing, just one person talking to me and he spent the whole time talking and didn't tend to
