Wouldn't let me review again so I'm updating my review from last year. Sticking with the five star jessie who took my order at the drive through was so friendly to me and made me feel super special on my birthday. Especially during this lock down it's just so good to know people are that genuinely happy. Not just on my birthday either, the staff through this lockdown has always been amazing I hope everyone there gets a raise for working in this pandemic.
My review is in due for an update once again they treated me kindly. I went up to the drive through asked for a suger free vanilla protein late with sugar free cold foam. I was told the cold foam was with sugar. To my surprise I was told they end up making the cold foam sugar free for me! Thank you! As I just got out of the gym and this helps me out with my sugar intake for the day! So thanks for being a spotter for me lol!

This is the worst starbucks experience I have ever had. The barista was very rude while I was ordering but I figured it was busy so I let it slide. Once I arrived to the window she didn’t say anything to me, didn’t make eye contact, and was distracted by her coworker the whole time. She was rude and arrogant when I asked a question almost like she was offended I was even saying anything and interrupting her conversation. I would chose to drive 15 minutes further then ever return here.

Came through for Starbucks’ special one-day promo and release of the NEW Iced Nondairy Salted Caramel Cookie Matcha… nice place with a few tables and chairs. Fast service and helpful staff. There was a quick snafu with our Refresher but they fixed in no time flat and everything was ??
Parking: Lots of parking and easy assessability on hop back on to Pulaski Highway.
Kid-friendliness: Accidentally mixed the wrong Refresher Flavor for my little one, but responded almost immediately and made her the perfect replacement in no time at all.
