This Starbucks is a joke. You guys prepare the order one by one and keep the next person a longer wait time in line to order because of what? just because you don't know how to take a person's name or couldn't take multiple orders together and prepare? Why should I keep standing in line to watch you prepare another person's drink?

Waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru and guess what they don't accept cash. They dont have change for 100 dollar bill. Rude employees last time there. Not far away from them Safeway sturbacks took my order with my 100 dollar bill.

Whoever was working the doordashes this morning in terms of moving the bags from behind the counter to the window was in an incredibly bad mood and found a way to be so disrespectful to me that other customers turned around to see what I could’ve possibly done wrong. The only words that came out of my mouth were “Oh, that’s ones (takeout bag) [is] for me.” And she goes into a rage about how I need to give her one second to put the bags down and with an attitude about how people like me are so rude. I wasn’t rushing her so I responded “I didn’t mean it like that,” to which she says “Thank you” for some reason, I guess realizing she was in a bad mood to which I responded simply “No” and walked out.I absolutely despise people that take all of their days frustrations and locate the one person whom they could reasonably imagine getting away with bullying. As opposed to a hobby, therapy, or absolute anything other than completely tossing courtesy out of the window when speaking to another human being. Speaking as a fast food worker myself. She only did it because she thought she’d get away with it. And maybe her (scheduled on DoorDashes today 12/3/23, about 5”7 and Caucasian), maybe she will get away with it. But if you don’t like your job, quit. Because otherwise you may get fired and not invited back, which is my preferred outcome here. Wouldn’t be surprised if she rated me poor on the DoorDash app or something. But she’d make a great waitress at that restaurant chain that has the purposefully rude gimmick.Not a great look for Starbucks. Glad I didn’t end up working here.

Person ignored me standing waiting to order for several minutes. Was cleaning instead. Ordered a frappucino and she said I’m sorry but I took our blender down to clean it so we don’t have those. Worst service ever in a Starbuck. This employee didn’t care at all. This was an hour before closing. She wanted to go home early I

weirdest starbucks experience ever… ordered “2 venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espressos” received one grande size and politely told the barista we ordered venti sizes (paid for the venti size and everything! the screen even said “venti” when i was ordering..) he walks away to check on it and another worker (lady) comes and tells us we need to pull up to the front if we want venti sizes and next time we need order “louder” ? she wasn’t even the one who took our order so i’m very confused why she even said that. anyways she wouldn’t give us her name but it was a short hispanic girl.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Everytime they forget the Carmel syrup and the drinks taste like they use expired milk.
This is honestly the best Starbucks in the area. Baristas are always friendly and my drink's delicious. It's worth the trip inside vs the Starbucks DT in the same plaza.

Vegetarian options: They have food w vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: They offer sugar free options which is good for me because I'm a diabetic
Parking: Parking lot is right out front. Plenty of room to park
Kid-friendliness: Cute cake pops my kids love, along with other hot foods and refreshers or pink drink.
