Worse experience ever !!! After a 45min to almost a hour wait I finally got me and my sisters drinks that were absolutely gross. I was being so patient waiting but I shouldn’t have been there was already a line of people waiting as we approached who had other people after them served before they even received their drinks.
I waited and waited after the customers prior to us were served until it turned into me and my sister totally not being served until I spoke up and seen about 4-6 people whom came after us served before us . A white girl whom took my order first off seemed high out of her mind taking my order as she wasn’t even paying attention when it was time for me to pay talking to another co worker in the back about dishes etc when I’m still waiting to even submit my payment . As she was making drinks for the others who came up after me she was moving slow as can be with many others coming up . When I had my order taken she didn’t even ask for a name like numerous others do at other locations. Fast forward after close to a hr wait I say something she tells me she put out our drinks already after I know that was a lie as me and my sister were both looking then followed up with the lie that oh I didn’t know they weren’t made yet she literally just told me they were made so which one was it ? So she just bold faced lied mind you I had even just walked up and asked her other co worker could I just have my money back after I been waiting forever yet they all the sudden want to make my drinks … and as she was making my drinks she goes forth to make a way smaller size than what I had even ordered so I corrected her ! After my drinks were made she goes I’m sorry you should of said something way earlier why is that my job to stay on top of her as she was worried about talking and doing everything else other than making drinks and assisting cutomers never again do better STARBUCKS

I am not an iced coffee drinker… but lord have MERCY… ???? Starbucks has turned me with their Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso!!! Something magically addictive in that Blonde Espresso Roast… also got a Mocha Frappe and a very blue Summer-Berry Lemonade Refresher.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of pink drinks, blue drinks, berry drinks and lemonades!
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor. No obstructions to register.

Got my order wrong but they fixed it with no problem and the coffee is amazing here bc in Puerto Rico is shyt coffee nothing but water and sugar ... But this place makes it so yummy for you and they all have great attitudes while doing it ?
This has to be one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is really friendly and personable- they’re very conscientious of their clientele and the handcrafted drinks! Would give 10 stars if I could!

This Starbucks was okay, the lines were pretty long and the cashier was just chatting with the other people. We took our order that took around 20 minutes, we ordered some food and it took longer to come out so we asked about our food and they forgot to make it. When I got my drink, there was a hair in it but they were kind enough to remake it. The bathrooms were worse though, there was only one bathroom opened and it was super filthy, it felt like it hasnt been cleaned for months. It took over an hour. I don’t think I would ever come back.
