They should be shutdown. The employee have Runny nose and sneezing and making drinks and touching my drinks which is totally unacceptable!!!I I grave it and just throw it in the garbage

The drinks here can be inconsistent sometimes, which is disappointing because I really enjoy coming here. When I pay extra for something, I just hope the drink matches what I ordered, especially at this price point.

They gave me the coldest cup of Starbuck's Pike brew I've ever had. I would have been better lighting $4 on fire and sipping from the mall fountain. (This is from a loyal Starbuck's customer!)

I sat down at the counter with my son and the associate said very loudly “Can I help you? Are you going to order something??” I had been sitting there for all of 30 seconds and I was attempting to place a mobile order. Then they were out of what we ordered and he told me I should have ordered “at the store” and not through the mobile app. We frequent a different Starbucks multiple times a week and I have never been spoken to that way. Very rude and condescending, should be doing something else.

The most unfriendliest and incompetent service I’ve gotten
Found it very weird that when you tell them no ice then can’t even give you a decent size drink, we have ordered before no ice drink and they have come fine always .
This is the first when the barista is like I can’t give you a whole drink! Weird!

Walked into starbucks at 7:42. Asked if they were still open because it seemed like they were cleaner. a young girl (looks to be the age of a high school / college student) goes “we are, but we close in 10 minutes so..” definitely could’ve used a different tone, and you close at 8. therefore you were open for another 18 minutes. whoever worked the night shift on March 29 needs to be talked to by a manager. seems like the whole staff does considering there’s a bunch of poor reviews.
Poorly trained staff who won't even acknowledge your presence. They were busy but doesn't look at your face or tell you that they'd take your order. All the tickets were resolved then they start cleaning the counter etc. Made me wait 10 mins, at that point i left. Please train your staff. For reference this for staff from 2 pm on 3/23/25. Good thing is there's a dunkin nearby and they do look at your face and take orders.

This Starbucks makes me feel smarter—haha! Jokes aside, the drinks here taste way better than most places I’ve tried in Philly. Maybe it’s the atmosphere or just the change in location, but either way, it’s worth a visit. If you ever go to the Barnes & Noble at Christiana Mall, definitely give it a try! Plus, there’s some cool art to check out while you’re there.

I am a Starbucks memeber, never had an experience at any Starbucks, person at the register were not considerate to my request of no ice drink and all employees gathered to argue. Never coming to this outlet again. Least is to be professional with the customer.

I came to leave a review after receiving terrible service and see there is no need. Same issues with the same barista(s) mentioned already but would like to add another experience that was beyond rude. My wife asked a question about an order after 30 mins waiting, and the girl directed her to the register for a refund without answering or looking at her. This was 7pm on a weekday and there were maybe 3 other customers that also left. Constant interruptions from Macy's employees and JD Sports. Terrible service - avoid at all costs.

With five working people present in a nearly empty store I was upset to see that the cashier was on her phone and preferred to stay on her phone through the entire transaction. Was told no to everything I asked for with a we don’t make that until finding something I could order. Even once ordered we were the last people served after being first in line. Served drinks that were not even done correctly. Visit the one inside Barnes and nobles for more pleasant service if you want my opinion.
