The girl at the window needs a reality check. She is beyond miserable.

They need to talk to the person delivering orders at the drive thru, she has a bad attitude and treats you as if you were there to get free food or something. It isn’t the typical polite service you used to get at a Starbucks. Their customer service has been lacking lately.

Great spot for a morning coffee! The staff is always friendly and quick, and the coffee is consistently delicious. I especially love their lattes and the cozy atmosphere inside. Highly recommend it for meeting up with friends or getting some work done on a laptop.

I haven't been to a Starbucks in years! I was having a meeting there and got the Pumpkin spice latte. It was really good! The Barista there was very sweet with suggestions!

I don’t know what is going on with this Starbucks, but lately my orders are messed up drinks are made incorrectly, the drive-thru is so slow and the people are rude working the window! I have been going here for over 5 years and this is unexceptionable. I understand training but this has been going on one to many times!

Undoubtedly the slowest Starbucks that I ever ordered from. Placed a mobile order and sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. There were only 5 cars in front of me. After receiving my order, I drove away only to find my sandwich was cold, and still frozen in the middle. Went into the store, and there was only one person inside, waiting for their order. There were three or four people working inside, and I have no idea how it took that long for my order, only to receive uncooked food. If the ladies working put as much effort into making orders as they did talking and laughing while everybody’s waiting in line, I’m sure your customers wouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for a coffee and a frozen sandwich.

STARBUCKS AT FASHION CENTRE BOULEVARD NEWARK DELAWARE. Worst and horrible Starbucks. Illiterate staff who doesn’t know how to talk to a customer who is very regular. I order same coffee almost everyday.Yesterday and today morning I went for my coffee and breakfast. Yesterday the coffee I got was a huge blunder. I asked for an extra espresso shot in my coffee and instead of having it in my coffee , I had it ON my coffee. The person who made it he added shot on top of the coffee that was made. Which made my coffee very watery and really bad. So today I told the lady at drive thru that this happened yesterday can you please remake me one , and she handed me 4$ card. In actual I paid 7.25$.Then I ordered a new order today. Where she told me 13$ at first. Then she told me to scan it again and she charged 18$.As I was really late for work I just had to rush and couldn’t get chance to drink my coffee at that moment. On my way when I had my coffee she forgot to add mocha or any sweetener to it ! Then while I was looking for store contact number I got to know she charged 18$ instead of 13$. I called her that even today my coffee is horrible as it was very very bitter. She started explaining me how she makes a coffee. I mean I drink same coffee every morning. This is not done. I still asked for a remake and she refused and she told me to go to corporates.This is an insult.
