Hours said open until 5pm on Google. Got there at 445 and they refused to take my order. Went out of my way for nothing.

Shockingly bad service. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for a plain large hot coffee while the staff ignored me. As soon as I spoke up, they poured the coffee and gave it to me right away. It came across as intentionally delaying my order rather than an honest mistake. Completely unacceptable.

I saw other reviews mentioning racist and rude employees here, and sadly my experience now makes those comments make sense. SICK!!🤢

!!!!! Do not order from the African American employee !!!!!

I am a regular customer who always visits this Starbucks.
However, her attitude was extremely rude. When I ordered a vanilla matcha latte and asked about decaf and extra milk, she acted annoyed and dismissive the entire time.
If you don’t want to work, then you should just quit.
Because of this one employee, I feel like not going to Starbucks anymore. The Starbucks supervisor needs to properly train this employee.

Rude customer service

The place is fairly racist towards brown people. The staff were actively rude and prioritized orders from white customers.

When I asked the (African American) barista about my order after waiting for 10 mins she rudely told me that orders are processed randomly. After 10 more mins of waiting she finished serving all white customers and came back to ask me again what my order was.

This is really shameful and makes me want to avoid Starbucks as a brand.

The staff here is very friendly. They stay busy, but manage to keep the store bright and optimistic. I haunt their arm chairs from time to time, idling away on laptops with the company of my companion. It’s nice having a space to feel comfortable. My orders are consistent and of expected quality, every time. The patrons average 27-45 years in age, with a business focus. But you already knew that - It’s Starbucks

Very rude staff. So unlike Starbucks’s usual staff in all of the other locations. Messed up my order twice and didn’t bother to say Sorry even once. It was as if messing up my order and wasting my 20 minutes was my fault. Never coming back to this location.

Ordered a cake pop and a Venti Iced white mocha thru the drive-thru and got the cake pop automatically but the mocha took 10 minutes to be given to us. The place was not busy. And the drive-thru took forever just to order.

Update: Just opened the cake pop and it's a chocolate cake pop when we asked for a Birthday cake pop. NOT HAPPY STARBUCKS 😔😔

One of my go to Starbucks! Love stopping in here to have a coffee and relax! Staff is really nice! Always pleasant! Sam and Ronnie are great! I always feel at home here. I’ve been to other coffee shops where once you purchase something they make you feel like now you leave, but not here. Variety of coffees and pastries. Also bottled water and juices.

usually the service is good but i guess jessica was having a bad day. the coffee i ordered was a dark brown when it’s usually lighter. tasted it and knew it was wrong. it said mocha sauce when it should’ve been white mocha. came in and let them know i said ā€œhey im sorry but this was supposed to be white mocha and its just really gross with the regular mochaā€ jessica just looked at the cup and goes ā€œit says mocha not white mochaā€ā€¦. 🤨 right, just because it says mocha does mean that’s right or how i ordered it. so when i handed her the cup asking her to remake it she goes ā€œi don’t want the cup throw it out i just need the stickerā€ after she remade it she just went ā€œhereā€

I ordered 2 beversges people who ordered after me received there items.I waited 24 minutes for 1drink to be done then he started making others beverages I addressed him and said I was waiting on another drink he said I know and was making someone else's order. Then made my other drink. The cashier never asked my name ( I wonder why?)
