I went to this Subway location at 9:40 PM to grab a sandwich, but the shop was completely dark. When I walked up to the door, I was surprised to see the employee already closing up 20 minutes early. According to Google, this location is supposed to close at 10 PM. If the hours have changed, they should be updated online instead of turning customers away. It’s frustrating to waste gas and time just to find out the store isn’t actually open when it says it is. Very disappointing experience!

I visited the store today with only one other customer inside the establishment. I ordered two sandwiches with sides. The young gentleman staff member gave me attitude about ordering a foot-long churro and cookie at checkout when there is no sign that states you must order before check out. He told me I should’ve ordered them when I started my sandwiches in a nasty tone. I would have been totally fine with returning to the end of the line if the store was busy. However, His attitude and treatment of me were unacceptable. I’ve worked customer service for over 25 years, and his response to my complaint in person was dismissive; “that’s just how I talk to everybody” He also proceeded speak about me behind the counter with the female staff member while I waiting for my sides to be finished.
Management, is this the standard you expect from your establishment?
Please address this poor customer service behavior moving forward.

If store hours say close at 10pm and I show up at 9:42 I expect service but if you are going to lock the doors 20 minutes early then you might as well change your store hours to 9:30
Very poor service. Two ladies were working when I walked in around 2PM and a couple came in behind me. We were not greeted.. we were only acknowledged once we stood at the counter and were told that we had 3 orders ahead of us. Apparently online orders take precedence here. I ended up leaving shortly after the couple because the team didn’t really seem to have any regard for us.
Woman who waited on my daughter this evening around 615 pm August 22 2024 was very RUDE and obviously dumb because my daughter ordered a ham and cheese and the woman gave her turkey and cheese. Wasn't realized until she got home. Poor service and employees.
Food was generally good but when he folded the sandwich some of the contents fell out but he was really nice

I just received a 15:00 $ salad that is one fourth the size of a salad you can purchase anywhere for that price. On top of that the proteins were at a minimum. Do not order a salad it was pathetic!!!!
I order online so don't expect the subs to be stuffed as much as I would like. But everything else is great, never had an incorrect order, and the store was okay to replace unavailable items from the order.

I Haven't eaten Subway in approximately 10 years. Today I received some coupons in the mail so I said I'll give it a try. Told the employee to put yellow American cheese and she put white American cheese instead. The service was not good at all. I'll give them another 10 years to get their act right or go back when they're having a going out of business sale.

Employee was rude and rushing us with our order, didn’t even give us time to see the menu, when asked about the type of bread she just pointed down to the glass. I understand is late night but at least have some type of manners to take the customer orders.

I mobile ordered to be told there was nothing to make my order and to choose something else and stand behind a line of 8 people when I was in a time crunch and used the mobile order to save time. Keep in mind a group of about 12 had just sat down with sandwiches, but mine wasnt made ordered 20 minutes ago.. (quote was 15 minutes) I then asked for a cash refund and was given a card refund that will probably not come until next week. I love this location but the way this was handled awful and the cashiers tone was rude. 4/19

I cannot say I agree with any of these reviews written. Despite the nasty comments I had to experience this for myself because my husband and I LOVE SUBWAY. Jessica was very welcoming and helpful throughout my experience with a fresh line and sense of urgency to meet the customers needs. I appreciate her individual time spent with my in building my sandwiches. I will most defiantly be back to this location!Thanks again Jessica
