Their customer service is disgraceful....Went in to buy a sandwich around noon Friday, not 1 customer inside, but 2 employees working, they both just let me stand there and continued to completely ignore me after about 5 minutes I just turned around and walked out! I eat at Subways on a regular basis and have been doing so for the longest....I guess I see why the reviews at this particular store are so poor....I won't be going back, this is on management, for hiring the worst of the worst!!!! Ended up going to Jersey Mike's in the area, the customer service there was OUTSTANDING, and the Tuna sandwich was light years bigger and better than Subways, try Jersey Mike's you'll thank me later....

Oh my, avoid this location at all cost. Not only was the sandwich terrible, but the staff had the energy to match. I suggest you go to Mr. Pickles down the road or try Safeway. No wonder there’s hardly ever any customers.

Horrible service from Jess manager at Suburban Plaza.

There is no one waiting , I was looking to buy 15 footlongs. She upfront mentioned she is going to refuse the service as she was training / frustrated with training another team member.

Jesse - manager doesn't want to listen to the coustomer even though I said I can wait for 30 to 45 minutes. She said it is going to be atleast 3 hours if I want to wait.

This is horrible service, I have been coming to this location but not with an attitude what she cary being manager at the location.

Someone from the head quarter needs to reach out to me directly, plzz provide your contact info 🙏

Very poor customer service! 2 female employees kept telling us to sit down and not stand near the counter because it was an online order. I explained that last time, we received no veggies and tasted like we were eating only bread. They both didn’t care and kept saying we follow what was entered and told us to sit down. Not going there again!!

I went to this Subway location at 9:40 PM to grab a sandwich, but the shop was completely dark. When I walked up to the door, I was surprised to see the employee already closing up 20 minutes early. According to Google, this location is supposed to close at 10 PM. If the hours have changed, they should be updated online instead of turning customers away. It’s frustrating to waste gas and time just to find out the store isn’t actually open when it says it is. Very disappointing experience!

I visited the store today with only one other customer inside the establishment. I ordered two sandwiches with sides. The young gentleman staff member gave me attitude about ordering a foot-long churro and cookie at checkout when there is no sign that states you must order before check out. He told me I should’ve ordered them when I started my sandwiches in a nasty tone. I would have been totally fine with returning to the end of the line if the store was busy. However, His attitude and treatment of me were unacceptable. I’ve worked customer service for over 25 years, and his response to my complaint in person was dismissive; “that’s just how I talk to everybody” He also proceeded speak about me behind the counter with the female staff member while I waiting for my sides to be finished.

Management, is this the standard you expect from your establishment?

Please address this poor customer service behavior moving forward.

If store hours say close at 10pm and I show up at 9:42 I expect service but if you are going to lock the doors 20 minutes early then you might as well change your store hours to 9:30

Very poor service. Two ladies were working when I walked in around 2PM and a couple came in behind me. We were not greeted.. we were only acknowledged once we stood at the counter and were told that we had 3 orders ahead of us. Apparently online orders take precedence here. I ended up leaving shortly after the couple because the team didn’t really seem to have any regard for us.

Woman who waited on my daughter this evening around 615 pm August 22 2024 was very RUDE and obviously dumb because my daughter ordered a ham and cheese and the woman gave her turkey and cheese. Wasn't realized until she got home. Poor service and employees.

I just received a 15:00 $ salad that is one fourth the size of a salad you can purchase anywhere for that price. On top of that the proteins were at a minimum. Do not order a salad it was pathetic!!!!

I order online so don't expect the subs to be stuffed as much as I would like. But everything else is great, never had an incorrect order, and the store was okay to replace unavailable items from the order.
