Went here today and the chicken on the grill was cross contaminated with the shrimp my husband went into a asthma attack Infored the staff and they yelled at me. Will never eat here again

“Hit & Miss”
Sometimes it’s outstanding and sometimes it’s mediocre, but for the most part it’s the best bang for your buck at Christiana Mall. Besides of course The cheesecake factory and you have chickFila next to it.

I could have squeezed another Half of start out of this review, but the food is “hit and miss” . One minute the chicken is nicely chopped and grilled and the next minute I wish I went somewhere else.
Now it’s “hit and miss” in between forks of food as I’m eating it….

I probably give them a little break, which in turn will lower my expectations if I’m super hungry and in a rush.

I haven't been here in quite awhile. Decided to get some Teriyaki Chicken. Nice to say that not much has changed here. Food tasted same as I remember. Appreciate that.

I bought the chicken teriyaki yesterday for the first time with rice and broccoli and this was my only meal in 2 days and when I got home I had diarrhea and headache for 12 hours and couldn’t sleep. I wanted the sesame chicken but was given chicken teriyaki and suffered greatly with the food poisoning.

Even the worst takeout place in the sketchiest neighborhood of Philly has better customer service and food quality than this place.

Between the loud yelling by the “owner” and the rude, pushy & aggressive attitude of the employee, I wonder how this place still has customers.

Chinese takeouts are not rare in Delaware, so you should find another place to eat if you have some self-respect.

The service is genuinely horrible, the older man(grandpa) on the grill has a short temper and was yelling at me and my cousins for our orders cause once of us supposedly got chicken teriyaki when he actually got sweet chicken (idk what the writing lady was doing) so if you wanna leave in a bad mood come here!

While the food is decent enough, it has gone up in price. Just a few years ago it was 7.00 for the chicken Teriyaki, now it’s 10.50. Also there is a very unfriendly, very rude guy that works there, he is usually the one cooking the food, I have seen him snap and yell at multiple customers myself included when we go to grab our food if we mistaking grab the wrong order. That guy has TERRIBLE customer service skills, none at all, always looks miserable and pissed off

Guy at the grill is rude and needs lessons on customer service. Watch your takeaway box closely because people take plates that aren’t theirs, and the man on grill will grumble about having to remake your order. Always busy, if you want to leave in a bad mood, go here!
