We ordered 2 salads and received one, had to wait for the second salad.The cuts of toro did not impress, having recently had toro at another restaurant that were spectacular.The restaurant is very clean and nice

Not an exaggeration, this is the best sushi in Delaware. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and have never left unsatisfied with what I ordered. Shoutout to the quality of their sashimi, it is nothing short of excellent.

Although their fried rice is double the cost of everywhere else, they are one of the few places who still puts eggs and bean sprouts in their rice. 2 orders of fried rice runs about $35. With that being said, come on sushi sumo, just cause you use a few slices of mushrooms and zucchini in your rice doesn’t mean it’s ok to box it up without flavoring or frying it. Then not include soy sauce in the bag :-/ I get that everyone’s cutting back but keep in mind, your prices are already on the extreme side. No one wants to spend top dollar for a container of pretty but very bland rice. Please don’t start compromising the quality of your already pricey food.
