PLEASE GET MORE HELP ON SATURDAY NIGHTS! This kid should NOT have to deal with drive thru and the door dash/uber eats window by himself! Neither should any adult! NOT his fault period that he got stuck running both on a very, very busy Saturday night! On top of that truck delivery was going on! Then the truck delivery guy had the balls to tell us to move our vehicles while we've already waited 20 plus minutes for food!! NOBODY should have to wait 20-30 minutes for food period! That poor kid was stuck between a rock and a hard place! If you got complaints,DON'T BLAME HIM,BLAME MANAGEMENT! SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING ONLY 2 PEOPLE ON SATURDAY NIGHTS!!!

Usually the people are really nice, but not today. The lady tried to tell me to go all the way back around to get back in the drive thru for my mobile order just because I asked to buy a side of jalapeños since the app didn’t have an option for extra jalapeños. Last time I came and said the same thing, the other girl was so sweet and nice and let me know she would put it as a side cup for .65 cents, but this time the girl thought it would be best to be rude and not allow me to get my food the way I want it. She has absolutely no customer service skills and should be sent to the kitchen or let go.

Taco Bell has always been place where half of the food is tasty and okay and the other very artificial and not worth the money. But they have Tuesday drops where you can get relatively decent deal and enough things taste okay to make it worth a quick stop

This place still sucks after being renovated. Food is always cold and hard. The nachos are always stale it doesn't matter what time you come in. It's as if a portal in the back has opened up and pops out the worst food thus franchise has ever seen

Ordered 4 bean burritos fresco style. Confirmed order. Receipts all confirm fresco style. We order this way for food allergies (dairy). All 4 burritos have cheese on them. This is our nearest Taco Bell and it's over 20 minutes away, so I tried calling. I've tried calling repeatedly for over 40 minutes. It just rings for two minutes, tells me no one is available, and hangs up. There is no other contact information available for this location.
