Place is nice and clean. But Taco Bell app does not transfers the info to store if pick up is scheduled for a specific time. Order is always ready irrespective of the pickup time.

The restaurant is new and very clean. It is Taco Bell. You get exactly what you expect from their food. I do not like how they no longer have cashier's.

I am sick of this place selling tortillas! Where is the meat??? I selected extra meat on all my items, paid more and still can't find meat in there! Shame!!!

Regular beef crunchy tacos don’t even look like the picture being advertised. The ones that I got tonight had less than a level measuring spoon of meat, lettuce and cheese were pretty much nonexistent. These were purchased for my husband. The bean burritos were great, which is my only go to when I go there. I have been a customer all the USA for 42(+-) years ! Please step up your game on the tacos !🌮

This Taco Bell really needs to understand the importance of consistency and presentation of food. EVERY time we get a Mexican pizza from this particular Taco Bell, it’s a total mess. Beans on one side, beef on the other?? How about mixing the ingredients properly. Will post these pics every week until this is addressed. Management/ownership does not respond to customer concerns either based on my experience.

I went at a time when there was only 1 other family being served, so everything was great.
I made a mobile order from far away at another Taco Bell. By the time I got there my fries were cold. They totally understood and replaced the fries for me with no issues. I choose to believe the employee would have maintained his good attitude in a busy environment. Kudos.

Whenever I come here, I notice that this location is clean and organized. I was immediately acknowledged by a friendly staff member. I ordered online for pickup, and food was freshly made- eager to be devoured.

The manager needs to be fired and replaced. I specifically mentioned that I did not want meat in ANY of my burritos. Despite this, I came home to find that all 3 burritos were packed with shredded beef. When I drove back and asked for the manager, she rudely told me that she was the manager and that she owned “the damn store.” I showed her the beef burritos and she continued to argue with me and tell me that it was “fried beans and cheese.” After a couple minutes of going back and forth, she waved me off and told the staff to make me three new burritos. No apology, no remorse, nothing. Tell me why the WORKERS were more apologetic than the arrogant manager. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will NOT be coming back here anytime soon.
