I always pass by here when I am by the area. However, I want to comment that the turon was undercooked and it was our second time that we ordered and had to ask to redo it. Also the longganisa was undercooked.

Absolute gem here! This was my first experience with this amazing food. I'll definitely be back!!! We ordered the weekend combo and shared everything. I should've asked what we got! Next time for sure. The staff made it an easy and pleasant experience. The food was ? delicious down to the last bite. I highly suggest that if you're thinking about it, just come on in and enjoy!

It's always nice to be able to go to a restaurant that serves delicious Filipino Food! In addition to the great selection of Filipino/Asian Food like Lecon Kawali, Crispy Pata, Lumpia, and Pancit, Tagpuan restaurant provides a cozy home feel ambiance. Being able to have your food cooked to your preference (ex. less salt, no soy, just veggies) is a plus! And by the way try the Famous Tagpuan Sisig!

If you've been to Philippines before, then you'll know that each region has their own special touch when it comes to Filipino food. They use what's in local farms and what's sold in the palengkes (wet markets), not like grocery stores here where food aren't grown locally and aren't authentic. I just came back from the PI this summer and I can vouch that their style of cooking is close to being authentic and delicious just like how my Dad - bless his soul ?- used to make it, with the ingredients that are available here. So enjoy the sisig, pancit, kare kare, bulalo, sinigang, lumpia, halo halo and what ever else they make because the chefs are true Filipino and know how to cook real Filipino food. I'm thrilled that they even had banana flowers in the kare kare. Thank you for bringing home cooking to Delaware!!! I just wish they stay open longer on weekends. And thank you for having karaoke upstairs.

This place is awesome. Came during lunch on the weekend and was able to try a couple dishes from the buffet. Great portions. Super friendly environment. My mom got the chicken adobo and chicken curry and they were both amazing. I got the spicy coconut pork dish and the vegetable dish with the pork and shrimp paste. The shrimp paste was overpowering to me, but I think that's a my palate thing not an issue with the dish. The coconut pork dish was perfect though! Just ask what's in things when you order from the buffet to make sure you're getting something you'll like if you're not familiar with the cuisine. The upstairs dining space was really cool and a great atmosphere. I don't live in the area, but I'm still looking forward to coming back and trying more.

Disappointing and overpriced. Got a take out order of the pork adobo which has a nice flavor but I also got the icky rice from the bottom of the pot. Seems the prices on the menu are not accurate since menus are expensive to print as indicated on a sign posted in the restaurant.

Like a home cooked meal with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The kind of small business that deserves a ton of support.

They pass off some type of pork roast for pork belly which it was not. The noodle dish we ordered said rice noodles but it was obvious it was bean thread or glass noodles. Clear noodles.I married into a Filipino family over 30 years ago. I know what Filipino food should taste like. This is not the place to go if you've never had Filipino food.

I had the pork adobo and lumpia! The re wasn't a wait to order and it was such a big portion too. The lumpia came out first and was piping hot but after waiting a moment and dipping it into the sauce it tasted amazing. The pork adobo was just as good too! 10/10 would eat here again

This dine in/takeout Filipino restaurant has the best tasting sisig, bulalo, and other Filipino delicacies. Caloy and staff are most attentive. If you would like a taste of some Filipino food, definitely try Tagpuan!
