A great place to get food quickly. It is served buffet style so just walk in and request what entrees you wish to have. For the side dish one can choose white rice, lo mein, vegetables, or glass noodles. I highly recommend the place for a quick lunch.

Small Chinese restaurant with a limited number of options. There are options for set menus and they give birthday discounts (the food is 'on the house').The seating is okay, not too spacious, but you can sit outside and enjoy the main street.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in all of Newark. The staff there are very friendly and nice. This place has great food, I have never been disappointed by any of their menu items. This place also has superb prices, you can get 2 entrees and a side for $10.30. That is a fantastic price, in my opinion. I highly recommend eating at this fine establishment.

Fantastic food for the price, I strongly recommend the wonton soup, it is to die for in a cold day.

Best place on Main Street for cheap, delicious Chinese food. Great prices and hospitality!

Read the reviews. Went for my 1st time. They were almost closed. But food was great. I can't wait for my next visit

Handan Bao

My go-to lunch place on the main street. Drop in, point to two or three entries, pick a base of rice or noodles or glass noodles, and all set. Brings nostalgia of the good old college life in China. The dishes are mildly and understandably Americanized, but it feels Chinese enough. Definitely more authentic than any of the takeout joins in the burbs. I enjoy the array of colors, textures and nutrients. Always ate every grain in my combo.

I keep finding myself returning to this place more than any other places on Main Street because it's just so convenient and affordable. The food here is nothing special. It's your run of the mill Chinese-American cuisine that you can get from just about any other Chinese restaurant in America. The difference, and what makes this place so worth while, is every other part of the dining experience. The workers there are all nice and they will quickly take your order as soon as they're done with any other customers they might have. Then, for less than $10, they will fill one of those three compartment square takeout containers with any of the foods that you want from the hot bar, making it one of the most 'bang for your buck' meals you can get on all of Main Street. All of that and you can be in and out the door with your food in under five minutes.Satisfactory food for a good price and all done in almost no time at all. A great place to go if your craving some classic Chinese-American food.(Also, I highly recommend getting the bourbon chicken).

Helpful staff, good food and very reasonable prices.

All around below average. Price was cheap and got a lot of food. But the food itself was eh. Didn’t fulfill my craving and won’t be back.

Good place to have some real home cooking Chinese food but not cost too nuch. They rotate their menu every day so you can find 2-3 real authentic Chinese dishes (non American-Chinese food). High cost-efficiency, pretty good service as well. I highly recommend this place.

General Tso's chicken was fine; Mongolian Beef was disappointing. I'm willing to visit again, but will definitely order something else next time.
