Best frozen yoghurt and best customer service with a smile

Love TCBY. Their white chocolate mousse is to die for. Haven't had TCBY since I was 14 and living in Cincinnati. Was so happy to drive 1.5 hours to have some again. Will definitely be back!

I HAD BEEN a regular customer (about 3 times a week. ) BUT, that is NOT permission to start suggesting how big asize serving of yogurt I need, after grilling me about my age, or current health status, nor do I need, or APPRECIATE the staff trying make a connection to THEIR health or age. I consider that VERY RUDE, and, even though I have been a customer for several months, and, MAYBE they consider us 'pals'at this point, which we, in fact, AREN'T, and, unlesss they learn that, in FACT, I'm an ADULT, and,unless my actions are ILLEGAL, I'll conduct MY LIFE the way I WANT, that STILL does not give them permission to imply how THEY would conduct their eating habits if they were ME. I CAN'T TELL YOU HOW RUDE I THINK THAT IS, but, I hope you UNDERSTAND how rude I think that is, and, will SOUNDLY scold your staff for their behavior yesterday afternoon, at about 2P.M., EST.

Owner is rude won't take gift cards that came from corporate. Also on Veterans Day had an attitude giving ice cream to vets. Won't ever visit again.

The smoothie I got from here was just disgusting. it says it has fruit and frozen yogurt, but tastes like just syrup, ice and chemicals. I couldn't drink it so I gave it to my husband asked him to help, he said it was terrible too. We had to throw it away.

Was told online that there would be vegan Silk brand soft-serve. Got there and nothing. Ugh.

I went to tcby at this mall. Unbelievable ! It's one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The employees are very disrespectful, I wanna mention one guy that really should be out of the working industry. His name is abduel, I specifically asked for his name because he TRUELY is the worst worker alive, he treated me like no customer. More like an animal, it's crazy ! There was another worker along with him, and he didn't even bother to state anything along with the help. Any of the workers were rude and disrespectful, and they shouldn't be apart of this. He is the most awful person I've ever worked with for a simple ice cream shop. I actually had a coupon that I have used many, many times at this specific location, and they did not let me use it and gave me very idequate behavior. They were rude and dishonest. I want you guys and do me a favor . Do not buy any of there ice cream and if you try to use a coupon they will be very rude, as always. I just can't believe how rude and ignorant some people can be, especially their business and the rude guys involved with it. It's unbelieveable. I want them to shut down, and they gave me a terrible time, and I give 0 stars, and absolutely no positivity. I really hope you guys see what I'm talking about, it was a big deal and I can't tolerate it . Thank you. This was the worst encounter I had for icecream and the people working there.
