I had the unfortunate experience of door dash canceling my order after the driver picked it up. The manager Hasan went above and beyond to contact door dash to get my order cancelled and he remade my food with no hesitation. He easily made fixed my situation and caused me no additional stress.

My family and I went to this location at 11:15 PM after arriving at our nearby hotel. My expectations were very low considering how late it was, but the food was exceptional. The waiter was very attentive to all of my family’s accommodations, and every meal was made exactly as requested. The food was delicious and came out very fast despite how late it was. We were completely done before midnight and were very happy with the service and quality of the food.

We ordered takeout via Doordash. For some reason, our order got mixed up. Our doordash driver called and informed us about it which left us puzzled. The manager basically told the driver and us that we needed to figure it despite it being the restaurant's fault that our order was given to the wrong person (that or someone stole it). Usually whenever I takeout from here, there are no issues. But it was just unprofessional for the manager to not take responsibility for the lost of said order. They also couldn't make us a new order btw.

So moral of the story, just dine in here and never do takeout otherwise no one in the restaurant will help with the mistake.

1. Ordered house wine, but they were out; so had to pay more for Kendall Jackson.
2. People came in & ordered food after we ordered our salads (same waitress). They received, finished, and paid for their food before we got ours. I had to question the waitress how long for our food.
3. We ordered salmon on our salads, but received it with chicken. We advised the waitress, as she was placing the plates on the table, and she said, “Oh really? I can get you a side if you like.” I asked if we’d be charged & she said, “No.” The salad comes with chicken for $14.95. We each were charged $19.95 for each salad; $5.00 extra, each, for the sides of salmon (which were burnt) and were told if we kept the chicken we’d be charged for it. However, the chicken was on our salad that she left with us to eat. What?!?! She took the side plate of chicken with our empty salad plates.
4. Out of brownie obsession and seasonal dessert. Cinnamon pretzel bites not good.
Overall not a good experience.

Absolute trainwreck of a restaurant. They have a deal with the Embassy Suites to give 10% off, but when they "run out of cards" they don't give 10% off. The service is awful and slow, but the food is standard TGI Fridays fare. Get takeout if you want, but don't expect good service, and the management here is not concerned about customers.

The food is well prepared but only got 4 onion rings with my order. The service was bad. The server was too busy talking to other employees to bother with us. I finally got their attention by standing up and walking over to the conversation. The server took their time waiting on us and never came back to see if we wanted refills or dessert. I got The brownie obsession to go and did not have the pecans and just a half scoop of ice cream. Now I remember why it has been so long since I ate there

I was staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel and this restaurant is connected to the same building. There is an entrance from the hotel lobby.
I had a large Cobb salad with salmon which was delicious.
The service was terrific.
