The dog friendly room was awesome because we could go straight out the slider to the dog walk area with our pooch. This made the extra dog fee worthwhile for us. We got a great night’s sleep because the room’s climate control was quiet and didn’t blow dry air that dehydrates you while you sleep. The 🦀 cakes are devine! Service is usually slow, personnel are pleasant though.
I decided to make a reservation as a Valentines Day surprise for my sons (ages 6, 7, and 8) and reserve a hotel with an indoor pool. Fun, right? Indoor swimming in February? We bought new swimsuits and everything.
We get to the hotel, and the pool is closed. No advanced notice, nothing upon check in, nothing on the website. In fact, the only reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool.
So, now I have three boys in tears.
