They make an unbelievable crabcake. Surprisingly great food for a courtyard Marriott restaurant. Service is excellent – server/bartender Ed does an amazing job covering the whole house. Highly recommended.
The dog friendly room was awesome because we could go straight out the slider to the dog walk area with our pooch. This made the extra dog fee worthwhile for us. We got a great night’s sleep because the room’s climate control was quiet and didn’t blow dry air that dehydrates you while you sleep. We went to the Courtyard Restaurant attracted by its widely advertised fame that its crab cakes were the best in Delaware. And we were not disappointed - they really are superb. Practically no fillings and all lump crab meat. My wife and I shared an antipasto of some kind of focaccia topped with pesto and prosciutto and we then ordered the crab cake platters.
