We went for my husband's birthday and I was disappointed with the food and how much it cost. The food wasn't that great and it was so expensive. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger and fries which he loved. My mom got the steak tacos with rice and black bean which she like also. My seven year old nice got corn dogs with fries, she love that. My brother got the green chicken enchiladas with rice and black beans, he like it a lot. I got the steak Diane with rice and corn. My meal cost $24 and I got 5 small pieces of steak the size or an oreo cookie and my plate was filled with more rice than anything. We got the cheese cake in flavors banana, strawberry, celebration and chocolate. We all enjoyed the cheese cake. I wouldn't recommend eating here it's very expensive and the food wasn't all that good.
Parking: The parking is shared mall parking. It's nearly impossible to find a parking spot!
Kid-friendliness: They do have kids friendly foods but my niece was bored they didn't even give anything for her to color on like other restaurants do.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's such a tight squeeze in there I don't know how a wheelchair would be able to get through there without much difficulty.
We bought some chicken taquitos, avocado tacos, street corn and fried zucchini. They were really delicious. The atmosphere was magical and the staff were friendly and professional. We are grateful for their service and we strongly recommend

This is strictly about the service we experienced today. Service was absolutely terrible. The waitress catered to everyone around us but us and was super short with us. I don’t even think she actually listened to our request because some of the food came out incorrect and she had an attitude when she had to correct our food. She asked EVERY SINGLE table if they wanted cheesecake but us. I am a high tipper but can’t reward her distasteful behavior. I understand a busy restaurant but she was able to cater to every other table but us. She must don’t like her job or something. She never smiled or anything, she seemed irritated the entire time. Don’t even know her name. She’s Hispanic, black hair with a facial mole, medium build

My table opted for selections from the "Skinnylicious" menu, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The food was notably less greasy than what we often find in similar establishments, yet it was richly seasoned, enhancing the overall taste. They wouldn't seat us until 3 people showed up from our party of 5. The music was so loud you couldn't hear the waiter or each other. The Food took forever to come out, it wasn't terrible however it wasn't enjoyable at all. Way to much going on for one night.

They have posted a job for restaurant manager 70k being the max salary. That HAS TO BE A JOKE!! you get what you pay for I guess. They will go through managers like water flows through a pipe.

We’ve been before and enjoyed it enough to return, but yesterday was awful. Poor service, the pretzel bites which we loved before tasted like cardboard, and after waiting over fifteen extra minutes for our desserts, one was incorrect (brought cheesecake instead of the non-cheesecake option that was ordered) resulting in an additional 15 minute wait for the correct dessert which we took to go by that point. I will give them credit because they comp’d that dessert which was nice, but when apologizing the server stated it in such a way that implied we were lying about what we had ordered rather than he had misheard. After the mediocre service all meal that was the final straw for me.

I had an excellent dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory! The food was not only delicious but also exciting to eat. I was seated quickly, which was great. However, I found the interior a bit too dark and the tables quite close together. This was my first visit, and while the service was a bit slow, my waiter was attentive and provided good service. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
