The food is ok. Expensive just like everything else. I had a burger and wife had the fish and chips. Fish and chips was decent. Our server was great. Very friendly and took care of us. If it wasn't for our server, I'd drop down to 1-2 stars.

The food was NOT good. Got wings and they were prob the cheapest chicken you can get. Just not good. Buffalo nachos weren't bad but very little chicken on them. 1st and last visit.

We placed an online order with the Grub Hub app. The order was on time and warm. Ordered 2 doz bone in old bay wings. As usual they were on point!However we ordered the crab dip which is always delicious, but the carry out amount was 1/2 the serving of what is served in the restaurant. It’s also gone up in price almost twice as much. This was very disappointing as we had company for a football game!!!
This was a great spot for a holiday gathering and the staff was pleasant, positive with A1 service!

Food was good. Prices were also reasonable. Not a very big selection on menu was quite surprised. Service was exceptional! Atmosphere was good, although for the time of year it was cold in the restaurant.Would definitely go again!

We come here for Buffalo Bills' games so that means we have our own incredible, amazing, caring, and efficient server!! Having the same server week after week establishes a relationship that results in her knowing what we each enjoy eating and drinking. It's like "coming home" and her smile makes Bills' losses less painful. So, you didn't want to know that background so onto the food and specials. Clearly this is a sports bar/restaurant so lots of TV's showcasing the big games with decent beer and food specials. The food ... well, I am from Buffalo and I tried the wings but won't again. It's not that they were awful it's just that they are not close to authentic "Buffalo Wings" but the salads, the Maryland Crab Chowder, and Tuna tacos are pretty good!! I will be back with my friends in the Buffalo Bills Backers Club and will leave smiling. Great company, amazing service and decent bar food. Our server pushes my review to 4 stars but for dining out rather than watching sports all I can say is that there are better choices but THE TURTLE isn't bad but just a three star type of meal.
Went for first time, about 20 people place was pretty empty. After 15 minutes of sitting, while the wait staff looked and pointed in our direction. Nobody ever came to our table. Left great first impressions. Never will

They had a special, one app + 2 entres for $25.. i ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and was given the saltiest wrap that had no meat, just crumbs (like the last part of a bag of seasoned chicken with too much flavor I guess).. so I wait about 20 min for the waiter to come back so I can tell him. So what does he do? Charge me $30 for the other entre and app. I should have just requested another wrap but I just couldn’t trust it would be any good. So what I thought was a good deal, ended up costing me more bc I paid regular price for the cheesesteak lol. There were kids running around making noises, running to the bathroom. It was just an unbelievable experience. Never again. I tipped well, and will never go back to this “seat yourself” place.

I love there Chicken Fingers!!!! However the service that I just received was horrible. First of all I called in three times to place my order and kept getting a busy greeting. So I drove there to place my order to only see that the restaurant was practically empty with one customer that I could see. The barmaid was sitting next to him so at first I did not even know she work there. When I ask if something was wrong with the phone she said on really I will look into to that but said it very sarcastically. So much so My friend that I had with me refused to order food from them for fear of something being done to our food. A group of what appeared to be constructions workers came in and were properly greeted with a smile. I could go on but the point is the bar maid/ Server # 9001 was very rude and showed poor customer service. Did not have the best of luck calling corp either pending a responds.Parking: n/a

My daughter and I stopped in to check this place out and we were immediately impressed. The place was clean and very inviting. We sat at the bar for a quick cocktail after an afternoon of shopping and our server/bartender Lauren was so friendly and attentive! Although we liked the place overall (and the drinks were delicious), what will keep me coming back is the EXCELLENT service. Thanks for making our visit fun Lauren!
