My work place caters lunch from them. I like their chicken parm.
Years ago I got a tray of broccoli rabe for our lunch gathering. It was very sandy and we had to throw the whole tray ($40) away.
Occasionally I get pizza from them. The place is okay but I never dined in.

Wonderful food, generous portion sizes, and attentive staff. My only complaint is that paying by credit card triggered a 3.5% fee that was never really explained to me upfront. I didn't realize what had happened until I got home, looked at my receipt, and saw that the food cost AND tip amount were 3.5% higher than what it was supposed to be. I had recalled the cashier saying something about the cash register calculating the bill in a certain way, but she never made clear...
