Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Heard so many good things about this franchise. However, the service was terrible, the employees were cold. I stood there for a while with no one at the register and employees having quick glances at me but proceeding with their business. I have allergies to multiple different fruits and didn’t appreciate how you can’t modify any orders. I opted for a mango magic smoothie but it was very bland and underwhelming especially considering the price. There was so much ice and not enough flavor. I began to have stomach pains that persisted for hours after drinking it. My drink turned into just ice and wasn’t able to go through the straw either and began to separate. I was so excited to try it but I don’t think I would go back sadly.

Good afternoon Google family. I ordered Chicken Caesar salad and a peanut paradise smoothie. The smoothie is one size and it's so big. I really enjoyed drinking it. I enjoyed eating the salad too. They had more than their share of croutons and chicken in the salad. I ate every morsel of it. I was good and hungry and it was so good!!! Plus I enjoyed the associate service today. Everyone was nice and they smiled. I will definitely shop here again. I love it that they are so close to the Christiana Mall. Good night and don't forget to work out!!!

Strange experience. Walked into the store and was immediately greeted by cold faces and a rather disgusting stench. When I entered the establishment I noticed about 10 other people waiting for drinks. I also noticed an almost rancid odor in the air. It reeked of spoiled food and funky gym socks. Honestly terrible. Stood there for about 2 minutes and decided I was not going to consume anything from there. I’ve been to tropical smoothie cafe more times than I can count and have never once smelled something so funky. I literally don’t even understand what it could be. For a place that does nothing but blend fruit and make sandwiches it smelled like a butcher shop. I left this place and went to the other nearest tropical smoothie cafe and had NO issue. Something needs to be checked in this location immediately or someone is going to get sick. There’s no reason that a smoothie shop should smell like a bathroom stall at planet fitness. I can understand if I walked into my local sub shop and things smelled funny. Why does an establishment that prides itself on fresh tropical flavors smell like the inside of a construction boot? Disgusting atmosphere

I go to tropical smoothie a ton and really only this location so i recognize many employees that work there. I always get the same smoothie..always! So today i got my go to smoothie and one for someone else and when receiving it my sunrise sunset was light orange and normally its pink. The other smoothie i got was the normal color of the sunrise sunset but it had the sticker on it like it was the one i got for someone else. So when i saw the sunrise sunset color was off i asked an associate and all she did was switch the tags on the cup . Im like ok because the smoothie i got for someone else was new to me i had no idea what color it was suppose to be so her switching the stickers i did not think nothing of it. I got in the car and tasted it it was in fact the peanut butter one the one i got for someone else. So i just knew the whole order was confused at this point because all the one associate did was change the stickers. So going back in i explain this is wrong sunrise sunset is not this color and they tried to tell me it was because i got bananas instead of mango like i dont know my drink..but then i said and this is clearly peanut butter. So i ask an associate who i recognize im like sunrise sunset isnt normally this color and she looked at me like a dear in headlights .. didnt say a word. Then another girl goes to remake it and says oh they missed the strawberries. Then they had to remake the drink i got for someone else because i drank out of it.. she messed that up the second time and on the third time she got it right. It was just an annoying experience.

I am giving all around one star for this tropical smoothie if I could give zero I would because this is the worst place I have ever been to stand the awful workers who are the dumbest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. How is it even possible to confuse the items on your own menu that you work with every day you are dumb and stupid Peanut butter cup, and peanut Paradise are too very different smoothies. Why am I paying extra for you to give me the cheaper smoothie I will not be returning ever again

this place was 10/10 until a few months ago when they hired a group of kids who are playing at work. Now my food is never made how it’s supposed to be & I ALWAYS have to go back in to get it fixed. whenever I walk in and see those kids in there I just turn around and leave because I already know my food isn’t going to be made correctly.

Ordered smoothies and wraps. It took them 20 minutes to get my order ready. They make mistakes taking order and react as if it was our fault. Rude manager, she doesnot care about customers. Employees does not know how to use register, I wanted to substitute items from my order instead they charge you for every item you substitute. They don't even blend the smoothies properly.

This location is Unmatched….. Kirkwood Hwy I’m assuming is Franchised needs work smoothie is water and horrible. I will be back traveling to Mother Location lol
