I have never seen a kitchen and prep area so clean and well maintained. I’m in the service industry so my eyes noticed things regular customers wouldn’t. But wait there’s more…the peanut butter cup smoothie is exceptionally delicious. Definitely look forward to going there again.

It was terribly hot when I first walked in. That has been an issue for years. I can only imagine how bad it is for the employees slaving away in the heat. To make matters worse, when I sat down the chair footstool broke on me. It was already hanging down , posing as a scratching threat. I inadvertently clipped it with my foot while sitting and it fell onto the ground. Please fix this so your customers can sit in peace.

I placed an online order thru the app and 100% selected the Fashion center way location. When I submitted the order I was already at the location and they said they didn’t receive it. I double checked my order and it now said I placed it at the Main Street location. I immediately called them within 2 minutes of placing the order and explained and the situation to manager there said they he would refund it but unfortunately their franchise owner does not allow them to do that. What kind of customer service is that from the owner? I told the manager at the Fashion center way location and they said wow, this has happened more than you think and we always refund the customer.

Ordered the same smoothie I get every visit and this time it was dirt brown. I tried it and it was clearly made incorrectly but the person behind the counter insisted it was correct. End of story for her. I left the gross product there and will not return. The least they could have done was offer to remake it. Very poor service and product.

Been here a few times, this place is the BEST. They have the best people and the best service. Smoothies are smoothies but honestly, the food is always fresh and warm and the workers are always friendly. Literally always worth stopping by!!
I was honored to twist balloons for Tropical Smoothie's promotional event. I got a jerk chicken wrap and smoothie. They both were delicious and gone before I left the parking lot! The staff is nice and courteous. The store is spacious and clean. I can't wait to go back. There are a few other items I would like to try.

I can agree when I saw the post that “The smoothies are amazing and healthy! They are always nice and welcoming and are quick to make our drinks and food. I will definitely come back again soon!” Donnie has an amazing personality that lights up the room already loved this place but he definitely makes the experience much more enjoyable being as tho he is upbeat, personal and makes EVERYTHING get done in a timely fashion! Oh and I also came in 15 min close to closing with my fingers crossed that they would serve a smooth and they DID! I can appreciate a business that actually stays open till the time that is posted to close !

Just a heads up - they stop making food and bowls after 8 pm. Arriving at 8:30 was disappointing bc I wasn’t able to order a bowl. I ordered a smoothie and the associate made it wrong anyway.

I came here one day after having lunch at a place near by. I got a smoothie and I loved it! It’s a far drive over but the next day I needed another! The smoothies are amazing and healthy!
