I have been going to this place for years. I always loved the food, but now, it sucks. Why? Because you always get the wrong order. The management does not speak enough English to take orders correctly, I have gotten 3 orders or more in a row with something screwed up. One night, I ordered two cheesecakes and two cheese steaks showed up. I can understand mistakes once in a while but this has been repeated, you can't even get what you want via a phone order. Walk in orders only.

First time ordering from here . Ordered delivery . Came in a timely manner . Ordered a square 16x16 Chicken Alfredo Pizza and Broccoli bites .LET ME TELL YOU !Next time I will definitely order 2 .They were pillowy soft on the inside , not breaded all crazy . The ranch on the side was a great addition as well .Now for the pizza …. BABY !It was everything a chicken Alfredo pizza should be . The only difference is , next time , I will definitely add some veggies and make it a little well done . It was juicy and full of cheese and chicken . The chicken was perfectly cooked and cut up .Safe to say , I take food VERY seriously . Based off this experience, I look forward to ordering again and exploring the menu . Thank you Troy’s for the delicious dinner !

So, I went in around 430PM just to get a couple of slices... They were already made, so just heated up.The slices were horrible! It has to be premade frozen dough, zero rise, super dense and very doughy! The crust in the edge, ZERO rise! The sause, very sparce and hardly and flavor... The cheese, low quality little flavor. I have had MUCH better frozen pizza! It would appear on the downward spiral of going out of business! The lights were off, ac off... I was initially wondering whether they were even open!Funny, it's Troy's pizza.... yet a conveyer over like Dominos. Btw, I hat Dominos but it's still better!

They have horrible customer service, the person at the register didn’t even bother to make me feel welcomed or ask if they could get me anything else. I asked if I could get 2 slices of pizza, usually they would make a fresh pie and offer the slices this time around they didn’t offer that service. If you would like your customers to feel greeted have them feel welcomed and offer good customer service or you will lose customers. I came here few times for a quick bite, don’t think I will be coming again. FYI- THEY DELETED MY REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK AND BLOCKED ME FOR EXPOSING THEM!!!

Ordered a hamburger stromboli. Told the gentleman twice I only wanted meat, cheese and sauce. I got it home and it had green pepper and onion on it. When I called they said to bring it back. They then tried to blame me for the mix up. I had also ordered a slice of pizza and french fries. The fries were cold and so was the slice. When I told them I wanted a new meal, they said they were to busy. They did refund my purchase. This unfortunately is not the first time I've had this problem with my order.

I ordered delivery from an app. We are less than 2 miles from the location. Food was made and picked up and delivered in a very timely manner. SO, that shows that the issues are the restaurant's issues and not delivery. It's 91 degrees outside and the fries that were delivered were actually cold in the middle. I ordered a club on rye. The rye was more white bread than rye. Had no flavor of rye at all. The sandwich was cut in a way I have never seen before. 2 pieces a regular "triangle" that one always gets. 2 other piece a sliver of a sandwich, like someone cut and ate half of it. The filling was so thin the bread was about 8 times the amount of filling.. BY far, the worst club sandwich I have ever had

So for one the person that gets on the phone take take orders barely speaks any English. Then I had to get my order sent again because I was no cheese barely any meat caked up with mayo. Second order comes even worse then the food has no taste at all a lot of mayo little meat they definitely need new people in this place they used to be so god now I don’t even want to order from here any more
Can’t beat the prices. Has been around for since the 2010s. Great food!

Been a long time customer of Troy and today was quite possibly the rudest encounter I've ever had with a counter-person in my life. I've ordered the same way from this restaurant online many, many times and have never had an issue except for today. Asked to speak with the manager because I wasn't satisfied with this customer service. No manager was working. Got hung up on. Called back to ask when a manager would be in. They picked up and hung up immediately. Second call, answered with attitude and no clue when and manager would be in. Told me to "call back later!" So disappointing since the last girl they had running the counter was super cool. I just want a refund at this point which was denied to me. I haven't even touched the food.Update: still haven't been able tospeak to anyone in charge. Called back and still no manager, 6 hours later. Left my name and number and still no call back.
