Been coming here since they opened 4 yrs ago. The beer keeps getting better. Good vibe here, great people. Can come here alone and feel at home, and probably meet some new friends! Every other Monday is video game night lately, Mario Party, etc. and it's been a really good time. Stuff going on pretty much all week. Not that I want competition for a seat at the bar, but come check them out!

The owner, employees, and atmosphere are incredible. Everyone is kind and friendly and so very welcoming. If you like good drinks and company, definitely come to Twisted Irons! They all love dogs, too!

Awesome bar! The scene is so laid back and welcoming. The prices are very fair. Has a really big golf simulator and it’s a perfect space to host a party. 10/10 can’t wait to to come back! I was here for an engagement party. Can’t wait for next time!

I made the mistake a few months ago of bringing my musician friend, "Diana" out to the open mic and encouraging her to perform with me. In my 35 years of experience as a musician, I have never ONCE performed at a musical event that proved as much of a disappointment as the open mic at Twisted Iron. The experience was beyond disturbing to say the least. Poor Diana had gone well over a year without performing (rooting back to the traumatizing loss of her husband and musical partner at which point she discontinued playing music). It took all I could do to try to build up her confidence in herself to get her to come out and perform with me. So unfortunate it was that her self confidence was so quickly shattered by the rude and belligerent hosts who scolded and degraded us as if we were common idiots due to the sound issues we experienced with our instruments. (Like who's job is it to run sound at this event, anyhow???) During an instrumental portion my friend Diana requested more volume on her microphone and was scolded once again by each of the two hosts. By time the song was done, she walked off stage without speaking a word. I performed one more quick song (which a friend had requested), then quickly walked off stage myself. I went into the ladies room where I found Diana sobbing in tears and soon afterward drove her home where she was depressed, humiliated and disgusted for the rest of the night and beyond!! I called the establishment the following day to make a complaint and spoke to one of the staff and requested a follow up call from management which I never received. But having spoken just a few days ago to friends who complain that this sort of conduct takes place there on a regular basis, I became so disgusted, I took a full hour of my time to make this posts. For this sort of mistreatment and lack of professionalism is not only uncalled for, but it's absolutely INTOLLERABLE!!! For be assured, Diana is FAR from being the only musician with delicate feelings and with major stage anxiety issues. And I've spoken to MULTIPLE other Delaware musicians who have felt deeply appalled and disrespected by the staff of the Twisted Iron open mic who very much agree that this appalling level of disrespect being shown to the musical community VERY MUCH NEEDS TO END!!!

Despite living just 20 minutes from the brewery and being an avid beer lover, for whatever reason my husband and I hadn’t been to twisted irons. We decided to make a visit and then were kicking ourselves for not coming sooner! Often if you’re not a “regular” at these breweries you’re ignored, not here. The staff were amazing! They made us feel welcome, and made beer suggestions based on our style of beer choices. The beers were delicious and the vibes were vibin’. We left raving… until we noticed our card was charged for substantially more than we authorized. BUT! Literally within minutes of me contacting the bar, they sincerely apologized for the fat finger and refunded the money. I debated adding that little negative thing, but it’s important for others to know that despite making a mistake, how quickly they rectified it while also being so kind. I 10/10 recommend this brewery and cannot wait to return! Cheers!

A small little brewery that’s out of the way for most people, but is a fun spot if you can catch live music with a bunch of friends 🎸🥁
Definitely an older, scruffier crowd here but the beer is decent and the atmosphere is fun.
Shoutout to Maryn the singer she killed it that night!
As always, a flight is what you should be ordering at any brewery you’re visiting for the first time ✈️

Great little place tucked away in the industrial park. Nice place to sit back and listen to some music. Family and pet friendly! Bring your own food or try out one of the food vendors out front!

This is simple place with a positive vibe - family friendly and pet friendly. We saw a few families with young children who brought board games to play. It's located in an industrial/warehouse complex. The bartenders were very nice and were kind enough to let us sample some of their brews. They do have a nice selection. We liked the IPAs and the Czech lager. They do not have any food. However, you can bring your own food which we did or sample from food trucks on weekdays(which we did not). In general, we highly recommend and will visit again in the future.
