Honestly, I was going to give 4 stars, but thought it over and realized that nothing really merited losing a start. If you're expecting high end burgers or whatever, this is not it. But a nicely cooked smash burger, fries, fried pickles, milkshake? Yes ma'am, this *is* it!
I'm not normally a milkshake gal, but my friend gave me sips of her chocolate brownie milkshake, and wow, did it slap! It was so thick I didn't get a good mouthful at first, but the flavor was fantastic. It smoothed out over time and was easier to sip. Highly recommend it if you're in the mood!

I work 5 minutes from Wayback and stopped coming for lunch about 2 years ago because of the service & cold fries. Recently, over the last year or so, the employees have changed and I have returned as a customer. The 2 ladies that are typically there offer excellent service, friendliness, and my food is always fresh. They are a big reason why I consider going to Wayback for lunch & dinner.

Burgers and fries are not bad. However, the prices online do not match price inside nor on their printed menus. Three different prices that vary up to $3.00.
But the reason why I'll never go back is the place is filthy. Everything has a greasy sticky grime on it, from the salt and pepper shakers to the napkin dispensers to the sticky floor, which looks and feels like it has never been mopped. I did ask an employee to wipe down our table, which she did, eventually, but all the tables were really gross. And there was only one other customer.
Oh, and Google maps takes you to the back parking lot where there is no signage whatsoever indicating that it's Wayback Burgers.
They should be ashamed. Never again

Serious downgrade from what Wayback used to be years ago. Burgers were cold, and both burgers were made wrong with a crazy amount of ketchup and mustard, when I asked for no mustard.
Employees don’t wash their hands and there were only 2 drowning in tickets when I went , I waited about half an hour during a rush, even when i placed the order online.
Very disappointing experience, it’s absolutely freezing inside of the establishment. And ketchup and vinegar is nowhere to be seen inside.
Save your money and go to shake shack, you won’t regret it.

Ive been waiting for almost 30 min for my order. The employees spend more time on the phone then making orders. Not only that, she was picking up her phone and talking and texting with the same gloves on that she is handling the food with. I made her change her gloves while making my order.
