I walked in and saw how dirty the kitchen equipment was. I wanted to leave but I wanted to give it a chance.I should have went with my instinct. I went to the soda fountain. That thing hasn’t been wiped down properly for well over a week and that’s generous.I was looking at the grease and old food on the floor of the kitchen and the old food spatter on the Bain Marie (food prep station) and I was worried what bacteria I would be eating when I got my sandwich.Bacon was undercooked, onion rings were cold and soggy. The patty was hot but I think it was the only fresh ingredient.I threw most of the sandwich away and gave the meat to my dog.

We have been to this Jake's Wayback a handful of times over the past few years and the food has been very good and the restaurant & bathrooms were clean. That was in the past. Things have gone severely downhill.First, we tried calling our order in and no one answered the call. So, we just drove (5 min drive) to the restaurant and place our order. It was 11:30 on a Saturday. There were 2 women working and not one customer in the restaurant. The women were friendly and pleasant. After ordering, I went to use the rest room and wash my hands. It was very dirty. Brown ring in the toilet and dirt specks all over the sink. I found this troubling and wished I hadn't already ordered food.We proceeded to sit at a table, which was also dirty. Again, no one was in the restaurant except us and the 2 women. Needless to say, I could not enjoy my food. The burger did not meet their company standards.Had I known that there was such a change in hygienic practices and food quality, we would not have patronized this restaurant. We will no longer purchase food from this establishment.

This location has been let go. Floors usually dirty and tables aren’t cleared or cleaned after previous customer's visits. Order online but always have to wait 15 minutes or more after promised time. Food is okay but definitely not like it was … especially these past couple years with new owners. Workers are constantly bickering

Worst chili dog I ever had in my life - ordered with “chili only” and they covered it with cheese. and burnt chili. Had to resort to a knife & fork to eat it- was so messy- could even pick it up.I’ll stick to DQ chili dogs from now on,

The staff was very friendly and clean. The food was also good. One thing I have to complain about tho is the building needs to be torn down and replaced. All the ceiling fans were leaking and the floor was sticky, plus the bathrooms were nasty! The location itself wasn't bad.

The burger and fries were delicious. No complaints! The shake that was given (free shake day) was good too. My only issues was the leaking water i assume from the soda machine which had a huge puddle in the womans bathroom. The tables im not sure if its the table itsself or if it just was not cleaned but the table was hardcore sticky. Otherwise the food was good and customer service was good (minus lady taking my order, she definitely must have been at the end of her shift)
