Had lunch on August 7th, ordered from Lueynis.
I ordered a medium drink along with my meal and my Dads. She rung up for fries instead of medium drink and when we brought up her mistake, she become argumentative and refused to fix it, claims I ordered fries and not a drink which was not the case. Made it a point to tell us that we were wrong. Train your employees proper customer service and not to be rude to people. Very quick drive-thru. Ordered the Pretzel Pub Burger meal at 10:45 a.m.; it was hot and delicious.
Staff are super nice and this is the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been inside
