Way better than the Wendy's by me on 13. The food was all hot, fresh and well made. I got the 2JBC meal and thoroughly enjoyed it all... every item was piping hot and fresh.

It was quick and well made. Im gonna be honest thank you for the food its amazing taste great fries right amount of salt I had a long day at work so getting my food exactly how I ordered it meant a lot also the guy that took my order was kind and quick with it I asked him for his name he said Brian so thank you Brian and thank you to the team that made my food best thing that has happened to me today.

Is it weird to say that I really enjoy visiting this Wendy's?

While I never expect much from fast food joints, the ownership at this Wendy's must be doing something right because their staff consistently stands out in terms of both friendliness and helpfulness, starting from the manager on duty to new hires. They also get my orders right nearly every time. I enjoy customizing my sandwiches, and they have only gotten my orders wrong twice in the countless times I've visited -- and both were times when they were slammed with customer orders. This is far more than I can say for nearly every other Wendy's I've visited, where I just resign myself to an incorrectly made order.

The major downside about this place is that they tend to blast the AC when it's hot outside. It makes the dining area feel frigid, even on the balmiest of days.

Visit tgis location and aske for a salad with spicy chicken. After my sale was rung the Manager yelled at the staff that salads didnt have spicy chicken and gave me something different that i asked for and told me take or leave it. I presented a complain and nothing.

Extremely rude employees who cursed behind my back in spanish after politely asking them to change the food order to go. Totally uncalled for behavior. The entire restaurant also smelled like burnt old oil, which is the reason I changed the kid’s order to take out.

This Wendy's never gets my order correct. I could speak it in English or my man speak it in Spanish , spell it out or write it down and it's still wrong. The nuggets are always hard, and fries always cold. Bad customer service

I'm very happy about the changes in staff. This place used to have the rudest people working there. I understand I can be stressful, but when you have a nice customer, you should not be just rude. The new staff is wonderful, they are on point, and very friendly. Glad this has changed and we don't have to drive across town to go to wendys now. Good job guys

Incredibly slow and poorly run. Drive thru takes several minutes per car. After all the waiting, they forgot 2 out of 4 items and argued with me about the order.
