Sorry to give y’all a 2. This isn’t the biggest deal in the world, but I had a simple order. 10 pc nugget and baconator fries and 3 sweet and sour. Specifically said 3, I’ll pay for an extra if that’s a thing. But I got two. Already home so I’m not going back to get an extra, but darn it. I know I need 3.

I ordered two meals, which was over $26.00, they didn't have ice so my drink was flat by the time I got home. I just wasted my money on the meal plan.I will like to get my money

After waiting long enough to get fresh cooked food, everything was luke warm, nearly cold. This site has gone downhill since Chrissy years manager went elsewhere. I hate cold fast food.
Small portions. Fry containers were half filled. There were several items missing from my order. Food was just dumped into the bags. It was a mess. Food was cold. We were not happy with this experience this time.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a Cobb salad and when I got home and opened it up and took my first bite there was a hair in my mouth. So gross .I called immediately and spoke to the manager who would not give me her name and told me that I could come back at any time and get another salad but I don’t know if I want another salad from there. I might really just want a refund now my dinner is ruined.

Don't expect to get service inside. Waited for 10 minutes inside at the till with no one even telling me why there was a delay. Had zero issue when I went through the drive thru instead.
