Hey, we tried to call about this but your employee decided to put the phone down and not get anyone.
How y'all gonna send out a bourbon bacon cheeseburger and FORGET THE WHOLE BURGER?
This has to be the worst experience I have had with a WendyWendy’s! I ordered a baked potato with extra bacon and extra cheese sauce. The potato was the smallest I ever purchased and lukewarm, the bacon was burnt bacon chips and there was very little cheese sauce. I paid extra for extra bacon and extra cheese sauce. I did not get what I paid for. I will make sure I never return to University Plaza Wendy’s. A BIG disappointment!!!
