I just went to the drive-through at about 7:58 PM. I didn’t even place an order because I have not had such a negative experience at a fast food place in my entire life, and I am over 40 years old. This young lady was as miserable and rude as they come. She was just so ratchet in all of her responses. I could quote her, but I won’t. She screamed at me multiple times. The manager did take over and apologize for her actions; nevertheless, no manager of any business should have to apologize or even put up with such behavior. I thought I was in a movie because her lack of customer service was beyond believable.

I was there at 9:10 AM and the doors are locked. Seriously!! It says open on the maps but when I go there it is locked, and I tried calling the restaurant couple of times but no one answered this is not at all expected.
Floors are filthy, service is rude. Please for the love of God. STOP hiring a bunch of young kids and leaving them to themselves. No manners, no service. And nothing clean smh. I really wish chick Fila was open on Sundays smh this place sucks

Overall, and I'm a huge perfectionist and critical about ambiance, organization and charisma. Staff = 10/10! Excellent team!!! A1! But the issues they have to navigate daily (running out of supplies for customer meals throughout the day do to delays, hurricanes and cargo ship quarantinespecially, I originally was aggravate after 36 minutes in drive through window (wasn't offered directly through late parking. But staff and is have got the place down pack, an old I've often see the manager delivering food anf asking e eruone their experience!! A. Amicable assets as a service.
