Incompetent staff. Another drive thru order that did not have everything in the bag and I didn’t notice it until I got home. This happens too frequently. The staff is too busy goofing off and taking about anything but work which is probably the primary season for orders being consistently wrong. It’s also the reason why my trips here have become less and less frequent in favor of better food options and better quality and service staff

I just wanted a plain cheeseburger cheese only and I had to go in three times before they got it right how difficult is a cheeseburger plain
had two negative experiences in a row at this location. first time, they forgot my spicy nuggets with my order and I had to turn all the way back around when I was halfway home to go back and grab them. second time was today, I opened my spicy chicken sandwich and there was cheese all over it, I had to scrape it off with a knife. I did not order cheese at all, I checked my receipt and there was again, no cheese(also no tomato). So I guess we're just altering orders randomly? I never usually come to this Wendy's but I stop here occasionally when it's convenient, will not be doing it again🤷🏽♀️

Ordered DoorDash was supposed to get 2 burger meals with fries and drinks didn’t get either burger. Wrong size drinks from what I ordered and ordered my kids a 10 piece chicken nuggets and only got 8. They clearly dont k is how to do their job and are too lazy to work correctly
