Let me start this review off by saying I love Wendy’s. And because I love them so much is why I’m writing this review. Every week I get The four dollar biggie bag. And every week I get it through the drive-through. There are multiple locations that I go to, and I’ve never had an issue. The four dollar biggie bag, used to be the 4 for 4. This location is holding it at hostage, refuses to sell it to me for absolutely no reason. I have explained to them that I have never needed to purchase it on the app even though they tell me I have to. Refusing to sell something that you clearly have and other locations are giving, makes no sense to me and genuinely feels personal at this point. If I had to purchase it on the app at every location, that would be one thing. That is not the case. It is beyond frustrating

I go out of my way to go to this Wendy's since it usually has great service and food is always fresher than the 2 Wendy's that are closer to me. I was running through drive through today on my lunch break and ordered my food got to the window to pay asked the cashier for Ghost Pepper Ranch, she very rudely just said 50 cents. I tried to hand her a dollar and said could you just make it two. She rolled her eyes and loudly sighed and said we dont have ghost pepper ranch any more. I simply wanted some sauce not all the attitude so I asked her why she was being so rude and rolling her eyes at me. She just walked away from the window, during this whole interaction the manager was standing right behind her taking orders on the headset he didn't try to come over and see what the problem was.
My complaint is not at all having to pay for sauces I will gladly pay for them, my complaint is with the unnecessary rudeness and eye rolling from the older lady at the window. Food was fine service sucked!

The woman who works morning shift and gets me my breakfast when I'm running late deserves a raise! Everyday she is smiling and offering the best service I've had at a fastfood chain. She radiates kindness and is alway moving fast to help people get fed and on their way. Thank you! You're seen and very well appreciated! 10/31/25 7AM

For a new business, the staff attentiveness to detail is lacking...my burger was missing the bottom roll. It was a take-out order so didnt realize until we were a couple miles away.

Incompetent staff. Another drive thru order that did not have everything in the bag and I didn’t notice it until I got home. This happens too frequently. The staff is too busy goofing off and taking about anything but work which is probably the primary season for orders being consistently wrong. It’s also the reason why my trips here have become less and less frequent in favor of better food options and better quality and service staff

had two negative experiences in a row at this location. first time, they forgot my spicy nuggets with my order and I had to turn all the way back around when I was halfway home to go back and grab them. second time was today, I opened my spicy chicken sandwich and there was cheese all over it, I had to scrape it off with a knife. I did not order cheese at all, I checked my receipt and there was again, no cheese(also no tomato). So I guess we're just altering orders randomly? I never usually come to this Wendy's but I stop here occasionally when it's convenient, will not be doing it again🤷🏽‍♀️
