Not sure if this is a "hidden" gem but it certainly is a gem. Great breakfast place to get a great sandwich, with incredible bagels. Coffee needed some work but that's a me issue bc it's self serve and they have plenty of flavors. Glad I discovered this place will be coming back.

We went for a Friday night drink and sat at the bar for a beer. Great selection and my favorite Allagash White was on the menu. Nice bar tender and crowd. We decided to have dinner and it was really good. I had the cauliflower pizza and it was wonderful and much bigger than I thought. My husband had the huge crab cake sandwich and it too was good. We will be back. Glad to have another restaurant in New Castle

Food is great... came here to treat my mother to a nice lunch since it's literally the only place in the area with fresh good food... and it was so beyond cold and miserable we just went home. It was like walking into a dimmed walk in freezer. Very disappointing I wish the place was a bit more welcoming to customers.

Excellent breakfast sandwich. Call ahead to minimize waiting. Great coffee shop! I'm hoping to frequent this more often.

We absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they are like a family and treat each other right. The food is fresh daily and they have Soo many choices on bagels. They have both breakfast and lunch options. Dine in or take out. They also have seasonal coffees and coffee of the month. Which they do sell by the bag to take and brew at home. The breakfast sandwiches are made fresh to order and are large. They have allergy friendly food and beverage as well just ask. My favorite drink is the Mexican hot chocolate!! The spices blend great together and the flavor is divine. This time I got it frozen!!! They also have a rewards club so it's worth it to join. The points add up and can be redeemed for beverages or $ off your order. You can also order bulk bagels but you have to call in advance to let them know.So come check this place out located in peoples plaza next to the heart and home !!Support your local Business!!!

The staff is so friendly and the food came out very quick. I was impressed by how big the menu was for both food and drinks! Best bagel sandwich I've had in a while, but I just moved here from Canada so take that with a grain of salt.

Fresh ingredients, many menu options, helpful friendly staff, fresh tea & coffee, very clean , exterior sign is faded so you don't notice the place right away. Definitely recommend this Cafe. I drove an hour to get here and I will visit again soon.

Good food, reasonably priced, and fast service. Working from home and only several miles away, I was able to squeeze in a quick lunch with my son within my allotted lunch break time. The photo I'm attaching is of the Pantheon on multi grain bread. Very similar to a 'Phili-style' cheesesteak. It came with the chips you see and I ordered a drink. We'll return to this restaurant in the future.

I burned my tongue on a sip of latte. My friend's cup also needed to cool off before it could be drank. It fully ruined my experience. Very coffee basic mistake.

I have been a customer for years but now I’m done. The price have went up, I just paid $10 for 6 bagels and $4.50 for a tub of cream cheese that was not even full. I don’t mind paying for good food but I can go to Main Street and get the same quality for almost half the price. Want really bothers me is the lack of customer service, they are plain rude. This has happened more than once and I am done. When Heather was there, staff was constant and had great customer service skills. Since she has moved on, turnover is high and the customer service is very bad.

Great little café with a delicious variety of coffees and sandwiches. They also have salads and plenty of breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cookies, and specialty drinks. I do wish they still had soups, but maybe they'll bring them back eventually. I love the variety of bagels and breads they have, as well as the unique lunch sandwich menu. The croissants are also very good. They've updated the interior with new paint and decor, and it also smells a lot better. It used to have a very distinct "food has been cooked here for 10 years!" smell, so much so that I didn't enjoy dining in because the smell would settle into my clothes and hair. Well, it's completely gone now, so props to them. The service could be slightly better, in the sense that if your sandwich comes with chips, most of the time you have to ask them if it does--they don't just tell you. Or the half-and-half, milk, and sugar are depleted at the coffee station, or the coffee carafes are not being replenished when they run out. Little things that show attention to detail. But every sandwich I've had here's been stellar. Full of flavor, unique, and I LOVE that you can pick your bread/bagel to have it on. I am not a fan of being locked into a bread choice, and soooo many places just wanna force ciabatta down your throat. (I hate ciabatta. Why is EVERYTHING served on ciabatta nowadays? It is the WORST bread of all breads.) Anyways, love that they let you decide on your own meat/veg/egg delivery carbohydrate platform. Also, again, love their coffee. It's a good little spot.

Really good bagels with lots of variations on what you can have on those bagels. My breakfast bagel was outstanding! Great coffee, too!
