This was the absolute worst food. The fries were soggy, grease soaked and inedible. The chicken cheese steak was greasy as well. They wrapped the cheese steak up and put it in the box upside down so all the meat fell out. I tried to order boneless wings with honey bbq sauce on them but they had no honey bbq sauce. How do you not have honey bbq sauce? If I could have given it zero stars I would have. I don't recommend anyone should go here to eat. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE*******Update after review was answered******?***You shouldn't be serving grease soaked French fries. I guess you have no quality control measures in place. I don't believe anyone would want to eat grease soaked fries. I would have requested a refund while I was there but I received an attitude when I walked through the door. We seemed to be an annoyance. Rather than get into an argument I left and wrote a review. I should have just left after I received the attitude when I walked in.

Ordered from the wings to go website. Order arrived and I was missing two orders of fries. Called and was told they could refund my DoorDash account since that’s who they use as a delivery service. Which I do not have. I again used their website and paid via apple pay.Received an email with my 10$ door dash credit that is completely useless as I do not know what account this was sent to since I do not have door dash.Called back to explain and asked if I could just come in for the fries. Was told no since they already refunded me.I will never ever ever ever be ordering from here again and I’ll make sure anyone I talk to knows what trash the service is.When I place an order through your own website I expect the store to handle the refund or to fix the issue. Not door dash.Been over a week and still no refund.

Went there before seeing a movie. Ordered food to eat in and sat to wait. Came around 6:30 to eat before a 7:15 movie and ended up waiting almost the whole 45 minutes. When we went to see where the food was the employee told us it was ready and has been sitting on the counter for about 30 min. The employee just sat the food on the counter and never said anything. There were several other people in there so I assumed it was someone else's food or a pick up order, how was I supposed to know it was mine if it was just silently placed there without any acknowledgment? When we asked the employee about it they came back at us with a bad attitude. The employee also couldn't figure out how to work the register or give change. We used to come here about once a month but won't be back unfortunately

Stopped and picked up wings on my way home. Got home there was no sauce. Brought them back as the incompetent woman on the phone said I could do. Get back in the store she makes the wrong order I then said I just wanted a refund she stated I had to do it online. So I asked her if she could just make the ones I had ordered. She has my receipt in front of her and still doesn’t know what I ordered. I used to love wings to go it’s a shame it has gone down hill. I see by a lot of responses from (the owner) on other rewiews it just looks like a generic response about hope you will give us another try. That’s just disappointing. ****Reply to your comment the fries are the item we didn’t bring back and we didn’t need them remade so I brought back the 3 sets of wings that were not correct. Did you see on the camera me giving back 2 sets of traditional and one set of boneless then receiving back all 3 traditional? You may need to review your footage again Did you see on the camera how she gave us another customers order? We did not receive a refund although I did ask for one but when she said it can only be done online I only wanted a refund for the wings ( the 3 orders we brought back) so I think your definition of theft is a bit skewed

Ordered one dozen honey barbecue boneless wings, picked up the food, got home, went to eat them and they were hot wings! Called the store and was told next time I ordered a dozen honey barbecue boneless wings will be free. Just called to order my free wings, manager called me back and said "no, policy is food has to be returned and it's posted in the store so the best I can do is 10% off." I told her that I was not told that and that I was told my next order would be free. Again, she said the policy is posted in the store. Who goes into a fast food place and reads the policies? I expected my food to be correct. I told her that I will never be back.

Just stopped in to pick up order. Stopped at restroom. Very clean, I was impressed. The two women working, that I saw, were very pleasant and polite. Nice job!!

Terrible service. Ordered at 747pm and was told 15 minutes... 30 minutes later, she says 10 more mins.I asked for a refund and was told they only give refunds after 45 mins. I told them I was given a 15 min wait time and their excuse was "when you ordered it wasnt busy but then we got a lot of orders after?". The cook Christian was just wandering around the kitchen bored when we ordered.We had to eat the food in like 5 minutes due to a movie that started 5 mins before we got our order.

Ive worked right next to this place for a while and I Decided to give it a try..so I called in an order for when I went on lunch. I walk in to pick it up about 15-20 minutes later and the manager ( grey hair grey shirt probably in his 50s?) just chillin leaning on the register doesn’t greet me or anything not even a smile. he’s literally chewing on ice. This nice young woman stops what she’s doing to come help me. I told her I called in an order. They can’t find it. That was on me. I placed it at the wrong place. I asked if I could just order at this store because I am on lunch break and the manager guy finally decides to speak for the first time and just goes “no, you need to go pick it up from there..” I understand food waste and all of that I truly do, however as a manager you gotta use your judgement when it comes to things like this.I asked if I could please place it because I only have so much time on break..Instead I received nothing but attitude and deep frustrated sighsHe then ordered the girl to call the other location and see if it was made yet to decide if he was going to let me order or not..I told him you know what I’ll take my business elsewhereNever had wings to go and now I don’t think I’ll ever try themIt’s a shame though I was excited when I saw how many options they had on the menuRude and poor managementWouldn’t recommend0/10Also I just ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, not like I ordered something that would’ve cost the other store so much $$Manager was unprofessional from the get go and should’ve shown some graceI have a lot going on and I didn’t realize I called the wrong one, mistakes happenA manager should never treat their customers the way this man does

Amazing service, i was greeted when I walked in and had my order taken as soon as the lady was done with what she was doing. She rang me up and got my food to me very fast. The food was delicious. Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered meals to go this evening and we went to pick them up... upon arriving home, I realized that my order was completely wrong. I called them and told them about it, and they told me that the solution was for me to bring back the wrong order and they would make it correctly. They refused to refund me for the wrong order because they "made it right". I explained that I had to go 40 minutes out of my way to correct it, my family all had to eat without me, and that I was just asking them to refund me as a courtesy. I spoke with a manager Alexis Ruger, who was very cruel to me, telling me that they were under no circumstances going to give me a refund and that "that's just the way life is". I've never been treated so rudely, and I do plan to go to corporate- both about the policy and the way their management treats people. I ordered from them last week as well, where they also got my order wrong. They took no responsibility for multiple mistakes.
