I ordered Doordash pick up, when I got there they told me someone had already picked up my order. I told them it wasn’t me, showed them proof it was my order, and they seemed not to care. I asked them did the person show you this exact screen with the exact name and confirmation, they lied and said yes. I told them that the person had lied. They said the problem wasn’t on their end. Had to contact Doordash and get my friend to call the Wingstop and threaten to come in just for them to refund the order. The customer service is terrible and they do not care whatsoever about whether you get your food or not.

The place is dirty, the food is uncharacteristically greasy and the wait times are never remotely accurate. I don’t see why i should be waiting 30 minutes from the latest pickup times in the app. My order shouldn’t register as ready for pickup when they haven’t even started making it.

This place absolutely sucks. They do not care at all about the customers and is super inefficient with their work. Like seriously I got my order mixed up TWICE and got gaslit both times that the orders were not what I ordered or lied saying that it was getting bagged when in reality it was already picked up by someone else. Like I genuinely have no words like please do NOT go here it is attorcious of a place. Please save yourself the headache of trying to get a correct order here,

really the worse employees & customer service they know it & work there accepting this. crazy but there food is good.
My experience started when I placed my order on the phone, when I was met with Kim, their AI robot who takes phone orders. This is where my problems began.
Kim, while AI, is not smart. It took her 10 minutes to get my order of ONE BONELESS MEAL DEAL ($16.99) completed, after screwing up the first time and charging for an extra dip (note: the meal deal comes with 20 wings, a LARGE SEASON FRY* (keep this in mind), and two dips). When the order was completed, the receipt apparently showed a completely different story, saying we placed 20 wings, a fry, and two dips all separately charged.
Now, I have no qualms with establishments using AI as a way to take orders, but it's obvious this Wingstop is not advanced enough to handle such.
So I mosey to the restaurant to pick up my order and am greeted by a woman who had to recreate my order on their system because for some reason it did not go through properly the first time, yet my order was ready? I'm still a bit confused about this.
When it was time for payment, I was surprised to hear it totaled $25 and some change. When I placed the order on the phone, I made sure to confirm the price NUMEROUS times, as well as checking said price on the website, which both clearly stated it would be a total of $16.99.
I stated I had ordered the Boneless Meal Deal which is a combo meal, and that the total was meant to be $16.99. There was no attempt at making this right or "investigating" per se, she just changed the price to $21 with no rhyme or reason. Again, I stated I was meant to pay only $16.99. She then brings the price down again to $19 and I'm still confused as to why I'd be paying more than what I'm supposed to be after reiterating I ordered the BONELESS MEAL DEAL for $16.99, and this is where she began getting an attitude. She says "$16.99, I'm not gonna argue." and proceeds to walk away.
After all of the back and forth, I place my cash down, grab my bag and begin to walk out, she then goes "You have to pay." I said "I did, it's right there." to which she responds "You could've put it in my hand." to which I then replied "You walked away."
I would've put all this behind me because honestly, it could've been their AI system not cooperating with their POS system, and because it was a phone order there was no confirmation of any sort other than the physical receipt I saw at the restaurant. But then wouldn't you know, I get back to work and seemingly, my *LARGE SEASON FRIES that I ordered and paid for were nowhere to be found.
So here I am, writing this review to say: Don't place a phone order, don't go to this Wingstop period.

Called and ordered lemon pepper wings on a football Sunday afternoon and was left feeling like I was sprayed in the face with lemon pepper spray. This disoriented emporium forgot the 40 WINGS and carrot sticks in our paper receptacle leaving us with 5 pieces of withered corn and a disabled handful of perspiring fries. The muddled employee on the phone didn't even know the managers full name and said she "stepped out". After defeat and a few nectar's of the gods, I then voyaged over to this shed of a store front during halftime to intercept the 40 absent morsels of poultry (and they still forgot the veggie sticks). When I walked in the store it was packed full of disgruntled patrons waiting patiently in a time warp of mediocrity. Everyone wearing the badge of wingstop were trying to stay afloat in the vats of soy oil while drowning in the watered down river of ranch dipping sauce. This is the last time I will ever order from this establishment better off thawing out some freezer burnt chicken from my cold box.

"I ordered from Wingstop on Main Street in Newark, and it was a terrible experience. The food tasted like it was drenched in oil and was way over-seasoned. To make matters worse, I ordered 25 wings, and most of them were just crumbs of chicken instead of actual wings. One of my orders was for 15 original wings, and they only gave me 9, clearly assuming since it was takeout, I wouldn’t notice or come back to complain. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning."

Visited this branch on Sunday. 2nd time trying Wingstop while in the states (Was visiting from Canada). Made an order for 30 wings but after getting home, realized I was given the wrong order. Was given boneless wings instead of bone in. Called the location and the staff there advised me that they will fix the order no problem. After I got there, I dealt with Dameion and apologized and fixed up another batch in no time. Left a few extra goodies for us. Personally delivered it to our car outside. Appreciated the customer service he provided. Big shout out to him

Service was so bad. Took over 30 mins past pickup time to get my food. Also it took me standing at the register for 15 mins when i arrived to even be acknowledged by the staff. Genuinely a terrible experience, don’t go here if you value your time.

The drink machines both have nats/bugs flying around it and it’s FILTHY! The service is horrible. It takes 15 minutes to drop 6 wings and fries. I waited 60 MINUTES for my order of 6 wings and fries, which I ordered in person to take out. To top that off, they forgot my fries and so I had to go back in the store to wait for them to drop another order of fries in their oil. I waited another 10 minutes. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Periodt!
