Walkin, but system was down for ordering at the counter. I had to place my order in the and wait. The manager was very nice when she saw that I had been waiting awhile and at that point she made me feel like my order was a priority. Not sure if it was, but I appreciate her making feel like it was.

ALWAYS a SUPER LONG wait!!! No customer acknowledgement when you enter the store or even stand at the register. Music is ALWAYS blaring so loud, that when you do actually make contact with someone who works there, you have to yell. Only go if you call your order in close to an hour ahead, but STILL be prepared to WAIT!! 🤦🏾♀️

Amazing customer service, FAST and the store is clean. NEW MAMAGEMENT! Give it a try you won’t regret! I was skeptical at first due to reviews but I thought “people usually on leave reviews when asked, if they feel like it. Or when they have something bad to say”. So glad I didn’t listen to those reviews. Good was hot and fresh full of flavor.

The food was amazing 10/10. My lemon pepper wings were crispy to perfection definitely recommend coming here. My cashier Tykeasha was very friendly and super helpful and had an amazing personality. I will definitely be returning.

Staff was rude, unwelcoming, and gave off the vibe they didn’t want to be there. Ignoring customers and generally not being nice people. And the wings were mid so the attitude not even worth it . And I waited 30 min after work for 10 wings it should not take that long and they weren’t even busy shake my damn head

I came there and ordered an 10 piece wing everything was missing out the bag no ranch, no fries, and I receive little tiny wings, I paid my own money for this that i worked hard for when i came back the first girl I spoke with seems as though she had an attitude and didn't want to talk to me. I asked to speak to someone else and a second girl came I didn't get her name but she was very respectful and sweet, she was a muslim girl she tried her best to help me with my issue even do I didn't want any more food I just wanted a refund she still tried to help me and offer me everything she could. As for the first girl maybe she neee better training because her attitude sucks and it wasn't okay for her to be on her phone while talking to me

First they messed up our complete order remade it and they minds well have gave us a 5 pound of salt. Everything was so so so salty. Great for my blood pressure
