First time customer- Went to the store at Newark Shopping Center to place an order only to be told that they are only taking online orders. Nowhere does it say that on their page. I don’t give many places second chances and there are plenty of wing places around so I will not be giving you a second chance

This place is terrible! I have ordered 3 times from here (two times for delivery and one time for pickup) and all 3 times there has been issues with my order. The first and third time I did not get the correct order; I was given someone else's order. The second time I had asked for no seasoning on the fries and I was given seasoned fries as well as they did not include my blue cheese. I have had it with the carelessness of this Wingstop. These employees need to double check orders and put names on the bags.

The new management is horrible!!!My visit before last we were not given all the food we ordered. Because we live so far away instead of going back I called and asked if I could get a credit for the missing item. The young lady put me on hold talked to her manager who said they would give me a credit (no mention of length of time to use it) they took my name and said just let them know the next time I came in. Well… today I came in and mentioned my credit of $2.59 due to me. The young man asked the so called General Manger what he should do. She says look in the book for a credit. I gave him my name and he says it's not there. So the GM comes over and says they are all new and if it was later then 3 weeks ago they wouldn't have the information… so there would be no credit. I mean Really!!! It's $2.59!!!!I have been in customer service all my life…. If all it took was $2.59 to make a customer happy I would have taken it out of my own pocket for heaven sakes.Needless to say I won't be back until she is gone. With her customer service skills it probably won't be long!!!!Oh and this was after she didnt have any 1dollar bills to make change for a customer and I exchange 15 dollar bills to help her out!!!! PEOPLE…I just can't ?

Ordered online, went to pick up the food, drove back home just to be missing half of my order.Came back they made me wait 20 min for the rest of the order then the other half was already cold.They actually didn’t care much about the situation so probably just a normal thing.This ended up taking 2 hours of my time.Please check your order before leaving the store.

I went in for 30 wings and 3 chicken tenders, 3 separate combo meals costed me $40 for it all, but when I got home (15 minutes away) I noticed I was missing an order of fries and half of my sauces I ordered. I called and let them know and they asked if I could come back and it would be ready when I got there I then drove back stood there for 10 minutes then finally was asked what I needed and I told them I called about a missing part of my order and then they made the fries and everything in about another 15 minutes. But to end it all there was no apology and no money taken off my order. Understaffed, NEEDS help asap.

We placed an order and sat for 27 minutes until we received our food. Then we got to the car, checked the food, and the order was wrong. We took it back and a couple employees were arguing about who got the order wrong. We waited again for the right order. We went home and found that the garlic parmesan wings had minimal seasoning on them. There was seasoning only on the top wings. The corn was lukewarm in temperature.
