Easily a 5 star place. I just think it's not right for the company to charge fees to use their app (this is Delaware so no taxes). I'm already buying product from you and then you nickel and dime the customer.

I just have to say WOW!! Every single time I come here I’m met with such amazing customer service. The employees make you feel invited as soon as you walk in the building. I came in today around 11am and was helped by Eric, Kaitlin, Kristen, and Chris. These people deserve raises with how awesome they were! They sparked conversation especially Eric and Kaitlin, and all employees had smiles on their faces the entire time. I love it! You don’t get service like that just anywhere nowadays! I wouldn’t even care if the food was bad (it’s not it’s absolutely DELICIOUS) because the service was that great! It’s highly appreciated!

i couldn't care less about Zoup as a company but it's the friendly people at this location that keep me coming back. this Zoup is also a historically landmark for THEE viral Zoup video and i feel like i'm meeting a celebrity whenever i get to see someone from the video who still works there.

Best customer service I've received in a long time. Everyone was pleasant but Eric helped me. Eric is special, not many people pleasant like him and able to treat strangers as well as he does. I truly believe Eric cares if you're happy or not. I wish i had half the skills he has. Almost didn't come, i'm glad I did. Chicken Pot Pie Bowl is excellent!! I can't wait to try the other items!

The coastal tuna sandwich and Italian market sandwich are heavenly. Best sandwiches I’ve ever had!
This place is like a dupe of Panera Bread. I personally enjoyed the soups more here. They have such a wide variety of soups and allow you to taste them to be sure of your purchase. They have a pick two menu as well, which I always find helpful when “your eyes are bigger than your stomach” lol. The menu consist of flat bread pizza as well. Only thing I have to complain about is that they close at 4pm on Saturdays and closed Sundays unlike Panera. Also besides the bacon and pepperoni I don’t believe anything else is pork.

Great place for lunch while shopping. We got the cup of soup and half sandwich. I had the chicken pot pie soup and the wife had pepper steak soup. Her soup was better, but I liked them both. I got a half a Cuban sandwich and it was a pretty good Cuban. I wish there was one of these in my area. We have been to the up in the Downingtown area and liked it also. All the soups I have had at both locations have been very good. The restaurant is clean, order was prepared in a timely fashion. Of course plenty of parking at the Fashion center

Good afternoon Google. This was my first time here and not my last. Eric, the owner, allowed me to sample many of the different soups. I decided on the loaded potato soup and I purchased a salad with it. The salad was a Hot honey crispy chicken salad. It was delicious, it tasted like it had some spice in it. I also received some french bread. I ordered take out. My purchase total was $12.49. There is a dining room there if you want to eat in. I signed up for rewards. Eric was truly hospitable and friendly and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I will return when I visit the Edge Fitness Club again. Thumbs ? up, Google Family!!!
Parking: There are plenty of places to park here. It's a giant shopping center. You can park right near the location.
