PLEASE READ!! NEVER BEFORE HAS ANY RESTAURANT/PERSON GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND LIKE THIS LOCATION DID TODAY. I ORDERED 2 large bowls of soup for takeout today and it was a lot for me to do because I’m currently battling a severe eating “illness” and I’m extremely weak. Upon getting home, I realized I didn’t like the soup I chose. I called the restaurant and the manager, without hesitation, offered to send replacement soups to be delivered and I agreed to give the driver, a staff member, a few dollars cash. Well, within 20 minutes I had 2 bowls of hot replacements with 2 fresh rolls, butter, spoons and all the fixings. It proves that kindness still exists and there are good people still left in this awful world. I only wish I could remember her name because she deserves a promotion, a raise, and a call from the owner. Thank you for helping me when I needed it most and if you only knew my real circumstances, you would truly understand why this meant so much❤️

I’m not usually a big soup person, but Zoup! won me over. They have a lot of great options and everything tastes fresh and well made. It’s especially good during the colder months when you want something warm, quick, and filling. The service is really good too—free samples are a nice touch, especially if you’re trying a new offering or visiting for the first time.

I had a great experience at Zoup, and a big reason was Caitlin. She was incredibly personable and friendly from the moment I walked in. She offered bread, made sure butter was included, and gave thoughtful suggestions for my sandwich without being pushy. What really stood out was that her energy wasn’t just for me. I watched her treat every customer with the same warmth and attention while keeping things moving smoothly. That kind of consistent service makes a difference. Zoup is lucky to have her.

Disappointed. Soup was good and hot. But we also ordered a Mac n cheese. Despite being tasted within minutes of pickup, almost the whole thing was cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. So weird because it was with the soup (and nothing else) in the bag, and the soup was steaming hot.
Had to toss the Mac n cheese. Out nearly $10. Won’t be rushing back to this place anytime soon.

Ordered 2 bowls of soup. The “Hearty Beef Vegetable” soup was watery with barely any vegetables, hardly any flavor, maybe 5 tiny minced pieces of ground beef and one tiny shred of beef; nothing hearty about it and not worth the $10 for this item; nothing like the picture on the menu. A waste of good money. Talk about “shrinkflation”!

I've always told my husband I wished I could get a soup flight, and I finally found somewhere that has them! I tried the farmstead, harissa cauliflower, and potato soups, and they were all amazing. My husband got sliders and they were good too. I wish I lived closer to here, but I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area!

Had a terrible experience the worker that i hope is not a manger had terrible customer services skills and was pretty aggressive/ seemed to want to cause a problem. Did not seem like wanted to make the situation any better and was very proud to be working there for 10+ years while displaying poor work ethic . With the service and attitude i was given by her i would think today was her first day. My food was already paid for but i did not like the way this worker of 10 yrs was speaking to me so i got refund and am very stand offish of coming back unless the owner who is a great guy is inside the store
