I had a great experience at Zoup, and a big reason was Caitlin. She was incredibly personable and friendly from the moment I walked in. She offered bread, made sure butter was included, and gave thoughtful suggestions for my sandwich without being pushy. What really stood out was that her energy wasn’t just for me. Disappointed. Soup was good and hot. But we also ordered a Mac n cheese. Despite being tasted within minutes of pickup, almost the whole thing was cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. So weird because it was with the soup (and nothing else) in the bag, and the soup was steaming hot.

Had to toss the Mac n cheese. Out nearly $10. Won’t be rushing back to this place anytime soon.

Great food, but the real reason I come here is for the service. The workers here really care about their customers and about what goes into making their food. It's a friendly, fun environment that offers 12 different soups to try every day. 🍲 🥄
