Had a wonderful dinner for my 70th birthday. They gave me a great experience. I cannot wait to go back.

Bought gift card 4 years ago. Asked new owners if we could use it and was told only until the new year, thing is, right after Christmas that year (4 years ago) my dad got throat cancer and we could not use it. He is finally better. (New health issues but he can eat now) and he won’t get to go this year to celebrate like we planned because we can’t get reservations before new year. So sad and I feel some circumstances should be an acceptance. Had I known he still had it I would have used and bought new one but it was not exactly at the top of our list of concerns. We will try to use if we can get in. Thanks

Always a good experience at 1776 and this time was no exception. Even though they were extremely busy (Christmas Eve), the owner took time to stop at our table and chat with us which was appreciated.

Great food, great service, great company! If you haven't had a chance, make a reservation.

I got violently ill promptly leaving the restaurant. The food all tasted bland. There was 2 massive parties in the middle of the dining room, one was a company Xmas party and they should've had a private room. It was so loud with their people standing and giving long speeches it completely ruined the ambiance. The food was mediocre at best. I won't be back.

We were all extremely happy with our drinks, dinner & desserts. Our server was exceptional! The activity level at the restaurant is very lively and only makes the dining experience more enjoyable.

They advertised it as something “special” and “amazing,” but it tasted like a cheap, defrosted piece of meat — and you could absolutely tell. When I mentioned it, the server actually insulted me by asking if I’d ever had steak before.

To make it worse, I still had a beer left when I paid, and they were already seating new people at my table as if I wasn’t even there. Having people hovering over me while I was still finishing was rude and completely disrespectful.

Overall, a terrible experience from both the kitchen and the staff. I won’t be back.

We are new to the area and thoroughly enjoyed a great evening with our family This is now our go to dining experience

Great experience here over the weekend. I ordered the tomahawk steak, it was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. I loved that they bring the cuts out to your table beforehand and explain each one. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly, the food was great overall, and while the service was a little slow, it was clearly just because they were really busy. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been coming here again and again with family and friends, and they never fail to deliver.
Their steaks are among the best in terms of quality and taste, without the traditional top-end steakhouse prices.
Is the Deco outdated? Yes!
Who cares when the services, food, and drinks are hands down the best, with prices that were set ten years ago!
Just tell the owner that!
If ever near the beaches, you owe it to yourself to try it.
You will do the same after trying this place, and will want to come back time and time again.

A hidden gem;
We love dinning at 1776. The food is delicious, the presentation is beautiful, the atmosphere is great with piano music in the background. The service is top notch. Terese is very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations on the food selection. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and will definitely be back again soon.
