I just stopped in to get my free cinnamon pretzel for National Pretzel Day. The handed me one from the warming cabinet with it in the little envelope... no additional bag. I took it to my car and it was pitifully. It was thin and hard... and had no sugar!!!
I took it back inside and told them that the offer was for a cinnamon pretzel. He told me they didn't have any.... took it from me and offered to put cinnamon on it fir me. I ried to point out that it was flat and burnt but he ignored me.
He preceeded to pull this huge container of cinnamon sugar from under the counter (looked like it held at least 50lbs). He dropped my pretzel.into the container and swirled it around!!! Now, I'd already taken this pretzel out of the building, had it in my car and in my hand - now it was bring swirled in the cinnamon sugar container that would he used to coat hundreds of others!!! Not only is the thought gross but I bet it's against Health ninspection rules!

The prices are very high. The cinnabon was a little stale. It will be a long time before I go back if ever. Definitely not happy will the place.

Really wanted some pretzels ? for the kids but was told they only had bites. Was told the actual full size pretzels would be ready in 40 minutes so we left. Over an hour later we came back only to be told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Now mind you it was 2 employees there with a few customers the first attempt and 0 customers there the second. Disappointing to say the least on top of that the pretzels cost $5 each which at that point I was no longer willing to pay nor wait.

Pretzels were hot and fresh. Person taking orders attitude was terrible. She seemed annoyed that she had to be there. But whatever. Let someone who wants to work get that job.
