Big Fish Grill Rehoboth

Had a crab cake sandwich with fries. It was all lump crab meat and my wife got three fish tacos and loved them.

Food was great, well what we received. Waiter never told my party about not having fish. Replacement was offered and excepted, but only after my party asked about the missing dish. Waiter Ethen's table service was ok.

We came in at around 7pm on a not so busy night. Even though there was no wait, the hostess gave us a booth with very poor lighting (top of photo), even though there were plenty of larger booths available. After we asked for a different seat, she moved us to an another booth with better lighting, but could barely fit two adults (clearly the smallest one in the entire area; also see bottom left of the photo), and again , while many larger tables remained empty. It was hard not to feel that her actions were intentional, and the experience made us extremely uncomfortable.

The food was okay and our server, Olivia, was very professional and kind, but the hostess’s behavior left a lasting negative impression. I won’t be coming back.

Normally I would give 5 stars for food...however, today we had ordered mussels that were bad..sent them back only to have the reorder be delivered with a second batch of bad mussels. Very disappointed in the kitchen because we have always had great tasting mussels in the past...we order them every visit...the staff was phenomenal!! Jay(Jaymere) and Tara on the side bar were outstanding!!! All of our other food...oysters, salmon napoleon, pumpkin bisque, and dinner entree of Mahi Mahi were outstanding!! Making the post so the kitchen staff does a better job of checking items before sending out to guests! Thank you!!!

My wife and I go to Big Fish Grill Rehoboth 4-5 times a year. Its almost always in our plans whenever we are in Rehoboth. Food is consisently good no matter the season or how busy the dining room is. Specials are always creative and exciting to try.

We went to the restaurant, and it was terrible. we were in and out in 45 minutes. The Jack and Cokes were great, but the Long Islands tasted just like lemon. I asked for Coke, and it was still terrible. The kids' fish fingers were watery and undercooked, and the seafood combo was also not cooked thoroughly; everything was fried but undercooked. The lobster seafood pasta was disappointing—the sauce tasted like watered-down tomato soup. While the five pieces of scallops were good, the three pieces of shrimp were overcooked, and the handful of lobster was also overcooked. Additionally, the pasta was not a good match for the platter. I was honestly disappointed with the $40 meal; I've had better $18 plates of the same thing elsewhere. I will not be returning to this restaurant

I had the pleasure of dining with my children this evening at Big Fish for Valentines Day our server Brooke was absolutely amazing she was attentive and focused on my children's wants and needs . The Food was amazing and the service was great 💪

It was an okay place. Was told it was "the spot" for tourists. Based on all the food we had at various places, this is definitely overpriced and bougie. Didn't really have just a simple fish and chips dish. Everything is upscale. Food was okay, but maybe my pallet just isn't meant for it.

Well where do I begin .. The staff was awesome everytime I ate there. The blackened shrimp tacos are amazing !!! Everything I've had I have loved. What I look forward to is when they have the crab bisque pumpkin soup !!! Cant get enough. It is delicious !! Can't wait to come back

Yikes. This place has gone downhill since our last visit. We weren't greeted; the hostess was literally sleeping at the front and was miffed to be awoken. I ordered the crab cake sandwich...and there were TWO, short, curly, black hairs. After I pointed this out, the manager came over to say they would remake the order. No offer to comp. When the hairless order came back, the waitress said "is that better?" What a bizarre question.

This place used to be good but it is far, far from what it has been. There are plenty of better seafood restaurants in the area. Here's a pic of the front desk I took on my way out - there's actually someone there, she's just sleeping again!

Our server, Kristie, was the most endearing, professional, super sweet & knowledgeable as we asked many questions!!!
She’s a delight to your establishment and we would return especially because of a service person who cares which is a rarity now a days, I’m 63, we’ll traveled…Kristin was/is the cream of the entire crop!!!!
My cream of crab was void of meat in the cup, maybe less than a teaspoon and the taste was very sweet…my chicken dish was a large portion, enough to take home but I won’t order again.
Love the nautical atmosphere!
Hope to return…I’m in Annapolis but frequent your area to visit family! Kuddoas to Kristie!!!! Oh and also, I noted her go behind the bar and make our cocktails. I overheard the bartender say she has no idea how to do an Island Surfer so Kristie multitasked and served THE BEST I.S. I’ve ever drank!!!!!
