We went to Bodhi for an evening meal and had a delightful experience. I can enjoy heat in my foods, but so much that I can't enjoy the taste. The majority of dishes were marked as the spice level couldn't be changed. We ordered from the remaining small plates. I tried one dish with 3 of the peppercorns that were in many of the menu options. It was hot and my tongue stung for quite a while. Nevertheless all the dishes we ordered were delicious. Bodhi will be add to our restaurant rotation list in Rehoboth. We had: That chicken lettuce wraps, Braised bun steamed bun, Pork katsu, and Wok fried green beans. The Barack flip cocktail was also wonderful.

Fabulous drinks and soup dumplings. Our pork dish was overcooked though but our waitress was understanding and removed from our check. Overall always a good vibe!

Now that it's post-beach season, it's nice to be back to one of our favorites. The Unagi cocktail was visually appealing and quite delicious especially as it was a difficult selection from an enticing and unique list. Kayla and the staff are fun, informative & timely!

Bodhi Kitchen is an exceptional restaurant. Our server, Kayla was great, friendly , knowledgeable and attentive. Our food was excellent as usual as were our cocktails. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food, service and atmosphere were awesome. Came here on a Monday, which was noodle night and 25% off all noodle dishes. My fiance and I had the Thai lettuce wraps, crab Rangoon, soup dumplings and Dan Dan noodles. Everything was amazing. The soup dumplings were definitely our favorite. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious but are on the spicier side, so just beware. Definitely making this a date night spot for sure!

Had a fabulous dinner at Bodhi kitchen last weekend. everything we had was amazing. The tuna entree prepared rare, was right on point. The Korean fried chicken is an absolute must try. The drinks and service were great as well! I wish that it was a little bit brighter in the restaurant to see the menu, but I still give it five stars overall!

I'm still reeling from my incredible dining experience at this place! The real showstopper was undoubtedly the Fuirkake Crusted Tuna - it was truly a culinary masterpiece. The first bite was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. The tuna was cooked to perfection, with a crispy furikake crust that added a satisfying crunch. But what really elevate this dish to new heights was the cold noodles and the hint of spicy peanut sauce on top. It was the perfect harmony of textures and flavors, with each component complementing the others seamlessly. I'm not even exaggerating when I say it was to die for - I'd gladly go back to this place again and again just to relive that unforgettable taste sensation. If you're a foodie like me, do yourself a favor and get to this place ASAP to try the Fuirkake Crusted Tuna - your taste buds will thank you!
