Kayla, the cashier, claimed that my giftcard (loaded onto my account) couldn’t be scanned. When asked why, she gave a “i dont know” response with attitude and made me use another form of payment. Had to contact customer service afterwards to get a refund. Super unhelpful and unfriendly. Food at this location is good but the service sucks.

The staff were very accommodating! The food was very fresh and had great Mexican flavor!
The only downsize was the area where you get ice, napkins and utensils. The mini trash bin was overflowing due to people not properly disposing of their own trash. Please monitor this area. Thank you!

I hate to have to do a review this like. But this is the second time this has happened to me and my family. Everyone is aware that Chipotle has been getting called out for small portions. Well for the second time I gave the Rehobeth beach DE location another chance. I ask for half brown rice and half white rice. Half of scoop each one in the bowl so I said can i get a little more me and my husband shares it. Young lady says double . I then ask for half chicken and half steak and pulled pork. They asked if we liked queso half of spoon of queso , so my husband says can we get a little more. The young lady says double again, at this point I’m asking what are the doubles for because you barely put anything on the dam bowl. The young lady said its for the queso and rice and pulled pork. No problem for the extra meat we always pay extra for meat. But to barely put any rice and queso then say I have to pay double is ridiculous. The exact same thing happened to my teenager son and they tried to give him 1 scoop of rice .and tried to charge him extra for queso. I believe this location is racist. I asked to speak with manager Kayla Chaney, she said they follow protocol but if im telling you as a customer that they barerly put anything extra to charge for double she did nothing. So again this places is racist and i dont advise anyone of color spend there money here ! It’s sad america has to be this way. I will continue to pray for people like this.

On a vacation, ready to head home. Stopped by to get a quesadilla. Was denied to order a quesadilla. I understand that you have to order it online which all chipotles say. But every chipotle I been too they allow me to order a quesadilla no matter how busy they are. My family and I were the only ones in line. There excuse was that they cannot make it will hold up the line. No one was behind us. Which we stated, she rudely said “I cannot make it for you, order something else.” If a customer asks you to make something that’ll take a little bit more time. You do it, never seen a chipotle do this before. What made this funnier, is that when I she gave me half steak and half chicken. She gave me below a half of spoon of steak. I asked for a little bit more and she said she will charge me extra just for the half of scoop she cheated me out of. Do better
