This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. It has been ran horribly for years and this is my breaking point. They made me wait 5 minutes for a bowl where they gave me legit 6 pieces of chicken. Whoever runs this place have some order and hire people with legit IQ’s.

The rice is crunchy and the food is disgusting never eat here this is terrible and why the chicken burnt? Don’t be eating here cause it’s nasty fr don’t eat it. This nasty and i’m not eating here again until they give me a coupon for 100 dollars. And also they gave me 5 chips in the bag and it’s so messy for what and they always out of the drinks

On a Wednesday in winter, we stopped in for dinner at 5:20 and they were cooking chicken and said it would be about 15 minutes. We went to a couple stores and went back to the restaurant at 5:40 only to be told they were closed! We explained that we were told to come back but they refused to serve us! I understand they were short staffed, but to turn away two people who were waiting for the food to cook seems utterly ridiculous. I wish we had thought to order on the app because that was still working while we were eating somewhere else.

Staff was standing around talking and laughing as tables needed cleaning. The entrance door was very dirty. It looked like someone threw a soft drink at the door. The staff was not very friendly at all. They were rushing through customer's orders. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

The quesadilla was burnt, dry, and like a brick. The rice tasted extra salty and sour, and they forgot part of the order. The rice bowl was okay.Overall, it was edible. But not worth the price.

UnsanitaryAll the tables were dirty, trays laying on the tables, trash and food everywhere (food counter, floor, self serve drink station, etc). I ordered ahead of time so I ate but if I didn't I would of walked out after just one look.

Place was in a bit of disarray. Six employees, half were working fast and hard and others were clearly in disconnect. It was busy but most Chipotles are. That is a good sign but it took well over 30 minutes to get our order; chicken had a lot gristle; bowls were very light on side orders ( mostly lettuce). They also need to make sure the sitting area is clean and picked up. This would really take very little time to do and has a better impression on the customers
