Wow! We sat outside with our dog and had the Rehobeth- a must have!! Also- the cookies are to die for-it is a casual, inviting shop with staples for sale too!
Nice little corner store that made us a delicious sandwiches. I had a Hickman and it was packed with meat. The wife had a tuna melt and said it was awesome. I’m glad the other place we were gonna go was closed. When we are in town we will come back.

This is for two visits this week. First for a breakfast need, good small selection of groceries, things you’ll need and not want to go back out to Route 1.
Grabbed sandwiches today. So good! Two different paninis were really good.
Staff was super friendly both visits. Definitely worth it to avoid the craziness of Route 1.

Ordered a simple curried chicken salad sandwich on white with just lettuce. After I watched several people who had ordered after me get served, I finally received my sandwich 35 minutes later. It was completely wrong. Tomatoes on half, pickles and onions on the other half! Pickles and onions on curried chicken salad!! Had to throw it away. 13 dollars and 35 minutes of my life I won’t get back

Super fair prices for being this close to the beach so a good alternative to Playa Bowls or Starbucks, also have $8 bagged cocktails that you can carry out which is great. $20 for a açaí bowl, espresso, and cocktail :)

Worst food ever. Went on my lunch break to get something to eat it was house special BBQ chicken with string beans... String bean taste like it came from a canned loaded with black pepper for flavor. The mac and cheese look like it came from that 99 cents box it was dry and the only flavor was black pepper. OMG the chicken breast was hard filled with black pepper for flavor and BBQ sauce top. The chicken was so hard if I were an old lady my denture would've falling off. Worst food ever no flavor the only taste in my mouth was black peper. I paid $12 I threw my whole plate ? away want my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. and the food was room temperature

Employees making sandwiches are not wearing gloves- unacceptable bare hands. Also witnessed workers eating personal food over prep station located in plain view. Definitely will not

Just canceled order and walked out. Three guys in the back making sandwiches, none have gloves on. Saw one guy scratch his head, wipe is mouth/face and proceed to grab meat and cheeses to build a sandwich. Health department needs to step inside this place. Also, very slow service.

I love this place a lot. I eat here a couple times at week for lunch as I work a short distance away, and the sandwiches are fantastic, and the salads are so fresh you'd swear they are growing the greens in the kitchen. My ONLY caveat (and this is really splitting hairs, I know) is that I think if you have "Deli" in your name, I'm pretty sure you are legally required to be including pickles on the side with your sandwiches. But you'll still find me here every week, (and keeping a container of dill pickles in the work fridge!)
I really enjoyed the fresh, homemade food at Cohos. The Brooklyn panini was truly phenomenal, with a variety of Italian meats, gooey cheese, and pops of banana peppers. The BLT was solid, but I would’ve liked a little more bacon for the price.
Better darn good and fairly priced
I’ve never had a bad meal from cohos!Curry chicken salad was amazing !
