Wow! So I am a long term lover of lobster roll, and having a mom that moved to Cape Cod years ago, had many from Connecticut to Maine. My good friend Andy and I were early strong supporters when Quincy's Lobster Rolls set up their first area shop on Swedesford Road, Berwyn, and were sad when it closed. This year someone opened same franchise in Paoli, but the sandwiches had shrunken in length, were no longer stuffed to the gills with pure claw meat like before, and portions were notable smaller than what we remembered. Enter Cousins Maine Lobster Roll food truck of PA and Delaware, (found on Facebook under "cousins maine lobster delaware / pa" for days/locations, nearest to me Exton Mall, east side across lot from Boscov's parked next to the loop road around mall). They serve up exactly what I used to love about Quincy's (before they cheaper down their sandwiches with smaller rolls, smaller portions, and cot in a lot of lobster meat scraps not from the claw!) For just under $21 you get a 5" frankfurter roll(the proven best vehicle for lobster!) overstuffed with nothing but fresh, tender and delicious Maine lobster claw meat. They have a very broad and interesting menu that includes Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tots, lobster tacos, shrimp tacos, Lobster tail and Tots, Lobster Quesadilla, or you can set up your own make at home Lobster Roll Party with everything you need to serve one or two pounds of Lobster claw meet with everything you need! (THAT has "Super Bowl Party" written all over it, and how memorable will that be with your appreciative guests! ) Having the Maine Lobster roll today at the Exton Mall location for the food truck turned me into an instant strong fan, but also refreshed my memory of what I USED to get at the original Quincy's, to the point that I went back and revised my review (and score) for Quincy's Paoli! Just at Cousin's Maine Lobster Food Truck in Selden, NY. I have been so excited for 2 weeks for them to be local, having followed their journey since Shark Tank. What a huge disappointment!!! It's all for show and publicity. For $23.00, I didn't get a Lobster Roll, I got a Lobster Slider!!! And I'm convinced they didn't even use an entire Lobster on the roll. I was in complete shock, like I was being Punked when I opened the box. The Tater Tots were a nice size portion, but nothing special just Tater Tots. If I had stayed in the parking lot, instead of heading home, I would have given the food back and demanded a refund.

There food truck was at Bruzze Brewery on Lake Oconee. We were there when they opened at 4pm. The service was great and the food was outstanding. My wife got the lobster roll. I got the tacos. My wife is from New England. We also got some of their clam chowder and she says it was the best she had ever had. It only took us about five minutes to get our order after we placed it in the staff was so pleasant to communicate with.

Total rip off! I took my Connecticut lobster roll home, opened it and there was 3 small pieces of lobster on a small bun. I paid $23.. This company became greedy after winning Shark Tank with Barbara Corcoran.. shameful

The food truck ? delivered on so many different lobster dishes. We ordered the lobster bisque which had so much lobster pieces and the soup was smooth as silk. The lobster rolls were filled with lobster claw meat. The lobster tacos and the quesadillas were phenomenal. Tater tots were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. To top off the meal, the offered blueberry ? soda. OMG. Just lost my mind.

Was at the Lancaster location Saturday. The girl in the truck told me not to touch the screen (I thought that was how you ordered) I could tell she was very annoyed with me with the way she spoke to me, than asked me what did I want. 1) I am woman of a certain age. I will not have a young girl talk to me as if I'm a small child who just spilled milk on the carpet. 2) She didn't say " what would you like to order" or how can she help me to order. 3) when I was touching the screen, she moved her hand in front of my face and hand. I walked away and went to the other food truck and ordered. I told them what happened and thanked them for service and for being so kind. The lady said she has been hearing the same thing all day.

Wonderful customer service. We got the Connecticut Lobster Roll which was full of sweet, succulent lobster and was delicious. Also got the Lobster Bisque which we also loved. I was commenting to the server that the best lobster roll we ever had was off a food truck in Maine. This was almost as good

Today l stop the food truck on concord pike very disappointed as l get my order the cashier has no nice actitud l place two order of tacos one without lobster waste my money nothing to impress me better to eat at restaurant and less expensive.......

I really wanted to like this more. I've seen tons of reviews gassing this truck up. We caught them at the christiana mall. The servers seemed generally annoyed but it was cold and they're in a seafood food truck so whatever maybe i can't blame them. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers here. It's pretty expensive. I believe it was $45 for just what is shown below. It was good but I felt the tots were really under whelming. The bisque was the best thing we ordered. If you're craving lobster this is your spot but work late that night.

So delicious!!! Will get these lobster rolls and bisque every time they come by my area!!! So tasty and fresh, def Maine lobster. Felt like I was back in Maine eating this! I highly recommend stopping here if you want delicious Maine lobster!!!! #perfection

So the food here is good, but a bit pricy. It's to be expected as let's face it, it's lobster. The lobster rolls run at $20. Get a cold one with mayo or a hot one with butter, Maine v. Connecticut style. We also enjoyed both soups - creamy lobster bisque and NE style clam chowder. They say they are gluten free but I read somewhere that they are roux based, which usually means flour so those looking for GF might want to ask.My only issue with these folks is that the 2 different times 2 different family members placed the order, the young lady was brusque to the point of rude. The first time, we wrote it off to their being busy at the dinner rush, but the second time we were there was around 2:30. pm with no line. This is off-putting and might stop me from returning.

Really really good. I had the Connecticut roll and it was exactly what I wanted. A toasty, buttery roll, and lots and lot of chunky lobster meat. It's worth the $20. It's so tasty. I will definitely return when I get a chance and maybe try some tots or something else. We had our rolls in a matter of minutes so it was very quick service. And the truck itself was very nice, I was impressed by their setup.

We were seeing advertisements for this food truck on Facebook and decided to give it a try. We are really glad we did! I got the Maine lobster roll and a cup of New England clam chowder. The Maine lobster roll was delicious! Lots of fresh, sweet, chilled lobster with mayo on a buttered and toasted roll. It was served with a lemon wedge which I think was a nice touch for some added tangy flavor.The New England clam chowder was great! The creamy broth and tender clams and potatoes really hit the spot. It was super flavorful and savory.One of my dining companions got the lobster tots. She really enjoyed it! The chunks of lobster with the fried tots and pico de gallo and tangy, cilantro lime sauce was a winning combo.I'm going back again next time they're here and will try the lobster bisque.
