Terrible value, not sure why this place is so highly rated. My wife got the beet and goat cheese salad (added chicken) which sounded great....but came with exactly one nugget of goat cheese for $19. By the time our waiter delivered a side order of goat cheese she was done with her dinner. Later she mentioned that the dressing was tasteless. While our kids enjoyed their ravioli and the bread was pretty good, we won’t be returning. For what we paid the experience was sub-par at best.

We've walked by a million times over the years, and finally decided to check it out on a recent Saturday night - definitely glad we did! There was a brief wait for a table as we didn't have a reservation, but we sat at the bar and had a cocktail, and were seated right quicker than the time they had quoted us. Our server was lovely, and the meal was fantastic. The garlic bread, meatballs, and pasta fagioli were awesome, to start off with. Both our pasta dishes were beautiful, and we enjoyed dessert as well. It was a great time, and we are excited to go back.

A good food experience. Food tasted good, came quickly, and the portions were large. It was the off season so it wasn't busy, but in season this is a place you definitely need reservations for. A bit crowded inside the restaurant, but on nice days outdoor seating is available. All in all I do recommend this place if you like Italian food.Parking: Hard to find parking, park where ever you can and walk.

I went to DiFebos Restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, with a friend on February 23, 2024. This was the second time I had dined there. The first time I sent back my lasagna because it was cold. I decided to give the place a second chance on the 23rd. It was a mistake. First, there was a table of around 12 women in the adjoining room who yelled and screamed throughout dinner. They were so boisterous and out of control that my friend and I could not have a conversation. I complained to both the waitress and the manager but to no avail. I ordered pasta fagioli as an appetizer. It was not pasta fagioli, although the restaurant claimed it was. It was a viscous mess of beans. There were no herbs or broth in the concoction. I have had pasta fagioli many times in great restaurants. I had never had anything like this before. It was cold, and I sent it back. For my entre I ordered ravioli. It too was cold and I sent it back as well. Our waitress said as we were about to leave that she hoped we would come back. I will never go back to this restaurant under any circumstances! The food is only mediocre and apparently is routinely served cold. If you want consistently good Italian food at the beach, go to Touch of Italy on Route 1 just before the entrance to Rehoboth Beach.

A local favorite for a great Italian meal - love their winter special menus - great food for a great price! Very busy - make a reservation if you can. Great service too. Enjoyed the addition of the electric "fireplaces" that kept the dining area cozy despite the cold weather outside. Always recommend this restaurant to locals & visitors.

First off I would like to say this was not my first time eating at DiFebos, Rehoboth. First time I found it rather enjoyable; this time not so much. I started with a cocktail, Old Fashion Makers Mark, tasted light almost watery. We went for the dinner for 2 at $42,considering that it's ok for the price. We shared a house salad, nothing special, it's a salad.....I then ordered a bottle of wine Centosere Pala, which was very limited selection (3 bottles) on special, it was ok....Entrees, Wife had a pasta stuffed with eggplant in a cream sauce with some mushrooms and I had the shrimp Gnocchi in a vodka sauce. Both entrees were good but I have to say I got 3 shrimp and another couple was with us and she got 4 shrimp ( so that's inconsistent). Another person got the filet with potato and broccoli rabe and said it was good as well. Dessert wasn't really worth the calories, some type of chocolate cake, ice cream (store bought) and a little bit of whipped cream. Our server was very pleasant and was working hard as he was the only one for the room and they had a good crowd. Overall it was a fine evening for the price and for what we had.

I dont usually revisit my reviews but Wow...What a nasty response from the restaurant! ( since I edited my review the response was removed but the response was not good....And to whomever that was....Look around you....You obviously dont know how good Rehoboth once was...MRGAWhere to start...First. The covid agenda destroyed Rehoboth, so good luck getting a good meal as all restaurants have been squeezed.I paid50 bucks for6 ravioli 2 meatballsglass of cheap house wine.Im 100 % Italian...Grew up making homemade Ravs so I know a good ravioli...But these were terrible! A touch of sugar in ricotta goes a long way, but sugar was dumped in the cheese so they were ruined...disgusting.. The fresh pasta was tough served raw...Fresh pasta needs to be cooked long enough so its not raw...The dish was barely warm...The meatballs were tasteless. The sauce was like they took jar sauce and added sliced fresh garlic to. How does this place stay open?If you want good Ravioli go to Mama Marias in Dewey and get their lobster Ravioli. These at least will give you the texture of pasta to ricotta that is good.
