Pleasantly surprised! Off-season, not much open so decided to try something different. Drawn in by the interesting hot dog options, but decided to try authentic Puerto Rican food made from scratch right there. Owner was pleasant and helpful offering suggestions. We decided on the Monfongo and el caribeno (pork plantain sandwich). Both excellent! So good we bought additional food to take home with us for later. Menu is a little busy and confusing, but food was delicious. Will be back!

Their menu includes one of my favorite foods, mofongo. I was apprehensive about ordering mofongo because they do not serve their mofongo with garlic sauce. However, they did not disappoint. Their mofongo is moist, and their sauce is excellent. I could have eaten two orders. Go and enjoy!
