They're at a summer beach down so everything starts expensive. Then they sell our Julius and they don't have any bananas

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Store does NOT honor online orders. Placed an order at 8:41pm on 5/25 via the DQ app. Said it would be ready by 8:53pm (they close at 9pm). Walked in at 8:53pm, asked for the order, they said it'll be about 5 minutes. Asked again in 5 minutes, they then said you'll have to wait until all the people in line have their orders fulfilled. Ultimately waited til about 9:15pm before I left as people were still walking in and able to order. Still checked my phone at 9:48pm to see if the order was ever fulfilled, to which it still wasn't ready. Called the store location today after contacting DQ International via email. They said to process a refund you must contact the store directly. Called the store 10x with no response, and no ability to leave a voice-mail. Currently now going through the bank to issue a charge back. Honestly considering legal action anyways even though it's only $11.60. It's not about the money, it's about the principle. If you want ice cream, go across the street, there's 3 locations on Rehoboth Ave that will actually run a real business.

I drove to get DQ ice cream. Google
Maps and their website said they were open 4-8pm. 7pm. Darker than dark. So annoying. There were people in town so it’s not like it was deserted

Went at night about half an hour before close. Staff was not friendly, no hello, no smile, etc. Store does not have scanners for redeeming or earning reward points, even though the screens on the registers advertise the app.

3 stars because the place appeared clean and the blizzard was very good. The guy who made it did turn it upside down before handing it to me.

Smaller menu than most. Unfriendly staff. Dirty/broken bathrooms. Do not accept app for points or redeeming. Blizzard was melty, if staff had attempted to do the flip, it would have spilled right out. It's a wonder they don't have their franchise ripped away. So yourself a favor, go to the Lewes DQ instead.

Unfortunately due to the location and it being a beach town it was closed on Monday. I had one seriously disappointed 12yr old.

I’ve cream was good, staff was not friendly and there was a horrible mildew smell

Best case scenario: this is a straw paper that was blended into our blizzard…

Went in mid september and was waited on by a very cheerful cashier! He was great. And the blizzard was quality! We went back the next day, same great service. He made me a bananna blizzard and it was great.

I ordered a quart of chocolate for $6 only to get home and find out I paid $6 for a pint of ice cream. The girl at the counter had no idea what a court even was, I had to repeat quart 4 times. Last time I ever patronized this effing place.
