The food is good but not outrageously good. The extremely high prices are not justified. “Pasta night” and price for a pasta entree is still $30. You will leave hungry as the entree size is about the size of an appetizer. Two pieces of bread per person, no olive oil or gourmet butter. Staff very pleasant and decor is very pleasing but not a recommended dining experience due to ridiculous prices.

I had sat at the bar with my wife. We had an amazing experience, Joey was very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Zane (Sue Chef) came out to greet us and was so kind and great to talk to. We will be coming back! The drinks and food are amazing.

Amazing food and Amazing staff. Hands down the best restaurant in Rehoboth beach and lewes area. There is no place in Rehoboth or lewes area that comes close to Drift.

The good - the food is excellent! The bad - our server was not the best, we had to wait a while for our bottle of wine and she was not very attentive, we had to flag her down a couple of times. There were 4 of us and 2 entrees came out before the other 2 and one was cold.
At approx $100 per person, you’d expect a bit more….

Drift is the best restaurant in Rehoboth hands down and the others should take note. The menu is very fresh, innovative, and while concise, has adequate options for every type of eater. The service is very attentive and knowledgeable. The mushroom satay skewers are incredible and swordfish schnitzel is another standout. We ordered family style, as you should, and everything was throughly enjoyed.
We ate there the other night and while hesitant to sit out back (it's November), turns out it was quite warm with multiple heaters, and block to one side and overheard covering. Still, they offered blankets at each table, which weren't necessary due to it actually being very pleasant, yet such a thoughtful touch. That's service, baby.
The atmosphere / design of the location is very well done, I could see it being a staple in Charleston. Walking past the open kitchen reminded me a lot of Post House and it could even make you feel like you're in FX's The Bear. Everyone greets you on the way in and on the way out. Again, top notch service.
Don't even ponder where to go tonight. This is it. Drift is the place.

Some of the best and most innovative food in town! The appetizers are fantastic! Try the caviar pancakes and the mushroom appetizer. Delicious!

The food was decent after we sent back our first entree that was the special pasta of the day and the overriding flavor was burnt or smoke. The chef should have tasted his creation. The rest of the entrees were good. The first glass of wine needed to be sent back for the amount of cork floating in the wine. We expected better based on the reviews. I’m sure it was just an off night since most online reviews were favorable.
