I ordered 20 glazed munchkins inside of the store. When I got back in my car, I saw that they gave me chocolate instead of glazed - which isn’t a huge deal; people make mistakes. I went in and informed them of their mistake. They did give me 20 glazed munchkins. However, instead of throwing away the chocolate munchkins that I’ve touched, they decided put them back on display to sell. I understand accidentally giving me the wrong order - I get it. But what I don’t understand is why they would put back the munchkins that I’ve touched to sell to other customers. It’s disgusting. I could’ve done anything to the food - and still they decided to sell it to other people.

I give this dunkin 1 star. The only person who was friendly was the cashier who was working at the time. I understand that rushes get crazy, but the service was not pleasant. Many people had their orders messed up, and were negatively interacted with when they said something. Personally, my drink came out part empty and although I didn't say anything I was a bit angered. It also didn't seem insanely sanitary in there.

I love me some caffeine! I am the type of person that NEEDS their morning coffee. This Dunkin location is located right near the boardwalk and when I tell you they are fast, I mean it! If you are the type of person who wants fast service, then this is the place to be!

Our experience was great! The manager (?) was the only employee in the store and despite the fact that it was busy, we didn’t have to wait long for our food. My sister got a grilled cheese and I got some hash browns and a frozen coffee- we thought that they were great! Incredible service especially since there was only one guy in the store. 10/10

Okay in all fairness the gentleman that seems to ALWAYS BE THERE and friendly and effective he DESERVE a promotion :-)I see that he even remembers loyal customers by name and knows their order!Unsure if he is still at the other location in midway too, but definitely an asset to the Rehoboth Beach Dunkin’So when the line is long he does his best to attend to everyone.
